I booked flight HJGC2TDW and paid 227.3 USDT. Travala delayed issuing a proper English e-ticket, forcing me to repurchase the ticket. This is entirely Travala’s fault. I demand an immediate full refund including taxes, or I will escalate to consumer protection, social media, and legal channels.
