Just got home from a 7 night UK Cruise on MSC booked through Travel 1st.
Excellent service from Greg who organised the booking, including the Car Parking arrangements.

I don’t usually use a travel agent I normally book direct.

I saw an advert on Facebook so thought I would give it a try as the ad said will beat any price. This was true the cheapest price I had!

Lee also had plenty of time to answer my many questions and there was no hard sell at all. (Contacted a few other agents and they were pressuring me to buy within the hour or it would sell out etc…)

Lee put the whole package together, flights, hotel accommodations and the cruise, saved me a lot of time.

Will definitely book again couldn’t have been more helpful and I saved money!!

Many thanks to Lee and Greg for ensuring we had a wonderful Seacation with Princess cruises at the end of July. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were a pleasure to deal with. Already looking for another cruise and, of course, I will be ringing up Travel 1st as they made me feel really secure booking in these strange times that we live in. Thanks Guys.

This was the first holiday we booked with travel 1st and it won't be the last! I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Lee for our recent booking for the MSC Virtuosa cruise round the UK. Lee was awfully helpful and didn't seem phased by any of my multiple requests which have often put off other travel agents.

The price was the best by far for both cabins we booked. We have saved enough for a decent deposit on our next cruises.

Lee (A) is an absolute legend of a bloke and knows exactly how to talk to customers and how to make them feel like he is there just for you and to make you happy...it feels like he is 100% focused on you and your holiday rather than trying to get on to the next customer. Lee 2 is great as well...must not forget him.

Infact they are so good that I'm really considering booking another one of the UK staycation cruises.

Fantastic personal service, friendly and efficient. Also at great price that couldn't be beaten.
