Christian Boix of Africa Geographic was able to design a fantastic, unique and authentic trip understand the theme of primate viewing. It included so much more. Apart from the wonderful itinerary, I found the actual activities and lodging to be very smartly selected and no say failed to provide a wealth of amazing discoveries. I felt safe, loved connecting with the drivers and would never have had the opportunity to connect with the people I did, without using Africa Geographic. All the members of my team were reliable, informed and lovely to be with. I highly recommend using them to design a one in a lifetime experience.

Africageo travel group started and ended strong. Our travel consultant, Nadia, was detailed, responsive and thorough in plans for our recent safari- this is our second with her. The flights from Johannesburg to Madikwe Reserve went ahead without a hitch. The accommodations in Madikwe Hills were impeccable. The rooms were clean, filled with amenities that were a touch above. This is a wonderful lodge with gifted guides and trackers.- kudus to Sam and Herman. We saw 2 cheetah kills within 3 days- and Garden of Eden like settings with a wide variety of animals. We spent 4 days in Cape Town and didn’t scratch the surface of things to do. We did happen upon 2 puff adders mating in the Kirstenbosch Gardens. We spent 4 nights in Mala-Mala Sable Camp abutting Kruger National Park. The accommodations were wonderful. We stayed in a luxurious cabin and the Lion’s Den (a large living space and two bedrooms.) Every amenity was included as well as a well-stocked bar. Our guide, Deon, became part of the family and was excited as we were for every leopard that we saw- 11 different ones and all the wee creatures that came out to see us. Nadia made sure that we had boarding passes and contact information for every step of the way.
The website for accessing travel arrangements has improved over the years however, some updates could make it easier to navigate.

My husband and I celebrated our 35th wedding anniversary on a 2 week safari in SouthAfrica, Zimbabwe, and Botswana. Our travel agent, Chantal Young, created an outstanding itinerary to meet our needs. Our experience surpassed all our expectations in terms of our lodgings, animal viewing, and making our anniversary special for us. Thank you for making my lifetime dream vacation come to fruition!!!

Stefan arranged the most amazing trip to Zambia and Zimbabwe for me. Camp Nsefu in Zambia and Camp Hwange in Zimbabwe were exquisite. The wildlife and landscape sightings wer non-stop. Every drive every day I was there, there was something extraordinary to see. Thank you, Stefan!

Best of Malawi in 8 days with African Geographic
What an incredible trip! We are experienced Southern African travellers and wanted to see something new. We chose Malawi on recommendation of African Geographic and it was certainly no disappointment. We visited 3 parks, met interesting people, learned a lot about Malawi and experienced some wonders of Nature such as a boat trip on the Shire River. Well worth it and thank you for looking after us during the whole trip! We surely will book again.

Awesome….we had an amazing time, especially Chobe Game Lodge, top class accommodation and exceptional itinerary!!
Whilst Vic Falls Safari Lodge was also very good going to Chobe afterwards was the icing on the cake!

Fantastic three weeks in Namibia - with some trepidation, we put our trust in AG to arrange a self driving tour. On short notice, during a busy tourist season, Stefan organized a tour that reflected our wishes to see a variety of landscape, wildlife, with a mix of accommodations all on a modest budget. Despite a six hour time difference, he was very responsive via text, email and phone and kept in touch with us throughout the tour. What great customer service! expectations exceeded...we wouldn't change a thing - well, hopefully next time stay longer...

The experince me and my collegues during a field work while studying at Mweka made it adventurous than any before,so the information i pass through when looking for a plan makes me realise how deep it goes to lift the tourism sector and heal the wounds of Covid-19 times…amazing

Stefan created a perfect safari experience for our family. We loved staying at the Buffalo Ridge Lodge in Madikwe knowing it was managed and staffed by the local community. The lodge staff and safari guides were outstanding.
Besides seeing a huge array of wildlife (including some that came on to the property) we enjoyed visiting the local high school and interacting with the soon to be graduates.
All in all, we spent 4 wonderful nights enjoying the food, ambiance and our lovely chalets in between the 10 jeep trips 'discovering' all the wildlife the reserve has to offer - we didn't want to leave.
Working with Stefan at AG to plan the trip was seamless and we greatly appreciated his flexibility and creative solutions throughout the process.

Christian and AG were incredibly helpful in helping me navigate planning and booking my first safari. Without an original clear direction of even what country to visit, Christian was easy to communicate with, very responsive, extremely knowledgeable and not afraid to give his opinion, which I valued. He was extremely patient with me as I navigated lots of different options and crafted a trip unique and personal to me and my partner. We had the most amazing time in Kenya visiting Mara Naboisho and Borana Conservancy. Both offered incredible but varied experiences which meant for a well rounded trip that we loved. Thank you Christian and AG for all the help.

Christian at AG was brilliant in arranging an amazing last minute Sabi Sands safari trip for two dear friends honeymoon. When I say last minute - it was within a week of travelling! Christian reacted and communicated clearly and very quickly. Not only did they have such a memorable time but the holiday also helps contribute to many of AG's campaigns, lion collaring and saving pangolins.  
AG have booked several memorable trips for me in the past and I wouldn't hesitate in travelling with them again and recommending them.

Absolutely excellent overall experience. Nadia was great to work with and the whole trip was perfect. They handled all of the small details and the itinerary was fantastic. I would highly recommend and cannot wait to visit again.

Just had an amazing trip to Africa that AG put together for us based on a list of things that we wanted to see/do. They did it all and did an amazing job that exceeded our expectations all the way.
Four countries, three safaris, flights, transfers, guides and drivers, over 3.5 weeks and everything went to plan with no issues. Phenomenal job Christian, AG and team

Day flight to Nairobi, one night there and light aircraft the next morning to Saruni Samburu. We were met at the airstrip and our Samburu tribesman driver was our guide on all trips from the camp, he was outstanding, incredibly knowledgeable on all the animals and especially the birds of which there are so many stunning varieties. The luxury camp was situated at the top of a rocky hill in the Kalama Conservancy, an adjacent waterhole and incredible views for miles around. After 3 nights we flew down to the Mara North Conservancy, stopping at other airstrips to drop off and pick up until our destination. The first game drive to our lodge, Saruni Mara Camp, is from the airstrip, it is tucked away in a secluded and wooded area along a long bumpy road! In the conservancy, safari vehicles are allowed off the tracks so we were able to get very close to so many beautiful animals, this is not the case in the Masai Mara Reserve itself and also there are strict rules which prevent too many vehicles being at one place at a time. We had many wonderful experiences there and the best were normally on the early morning trips, well worth getting up for! After 4 nights, light aircraft back to Nairobi, lunch in a beautiful garden restaurant near the Karen Blixen museum, night flight back to London.

Africa Geographic put together a trip for us to Chitake Springs and Mana Pools. The arrangements was smooth and i was updated through the entire process. The trip was absolutely amazing with some once in a lifetime experiences. I can certainly recommend Africa Geographic and this specific trip.

The animals at Kambaku were chill and relaxed, so our viewings were fantastic. The sketching was a fabulous opportunity to observe the animals. The guide and driver were skilled. The accommodation and food were great.

This was our 3rd African safari arranged by Africa Geographic. The meticulous planning and care taken by our consultant, Stefan Winterboer, came up to our expectations. Stefan kept close contact with us throughout the planning stage as well as during the journey itself. He was clearly concerned about our well being on a memorable if arduous expedition to celebrate our 60th anniversary. Excellent accommodation arrangements at Wilderness Safari venues (Doro Nawas and Serra Cafema) as well as at other venues (Okahandja Country Hotel, Spitzkoppe tented camp, Giardino Boutique Hotel, Swakopmund, Khowarib Lodge, Epupa Falls Lodge, OppiKoppie, Kamanjab). Stefan's agent in Swakopmund, Pepi Kern of Nature Travel Namibia, was most friendly and helpful. In short, another excellent Africa Geographic experience, with our thanks to Stefan and Pepi for their professional and friendly support.

South Luangwa has been on my bucket-list for years and when I finally got there it was worth the wait. The lodges selected for us by Africa Geographic were perfect - away from the crowds and both in beautiful settings on the river. A fantastic trip!
