I just sent Travel cab over 100 EU as they’ve requested for a 50% deposit. They give you no phone number and they do not respond to the email address they give you. I’ve contacted them twice and have heard nothing back. I am in process now of contesting this with my credit card company. This Company is a SCAM . Run!

I lost my 43 Euro. They are not refunding me my payment. Big scammer in Italy. Don't Use this Taxi Website.

I booked a trip a month ago which trip was canceled by them. Booked on 22 August and till today I didn’t receive my deposit back. Booking id : #AMV2RAS.

How are they allowed to advertise and get away with taking money without any penalties?

In rural southern Italy for a family wedding and tried to book 2 taxis to take the group of guests to the venue. Paid 2 x £23 for the bookings with balance to be paid to drivers. No response and no cabs. No response to my email either.
Without doubt a very clever scam.

100% a scam. I don't even think this is a taxi company. They take 50% upfront + tip and never intend to pick you up. They might not even own cars or hire drivers. Just a scam website.

Complete scam. No taxi arrived after paying deposit of 50%. No response to any subsequent e-mails. These guys are pure cowboys. Don’t ever use this booking platform.

Scheduled a cab/car for an early pickup. Received confirmation that scheduled ride was submit but never had a driver assigned. Waited 15 minutes after schedule time before calling a local cab company. Caused us to miss our scheduled regional train back to Florence. We took the next available which was a commuter (unknown to us at the time). Ended up missing our flight and having to rebook/book extra night in hotel.

Ended up hearing back later that night that a driver was not assigned (terrible service).

Use another company. Ask your hotel for local cab number or your BnB host. Uber always a good fallback but was just more expensive.

No show, no contact, no refund of pre payment

Worst taxi experience ever. Got scammed on the return booking!!!
Everything started very well, we arrived at Verona airport and there were these taxis, which we thought was great and drive to the hotel was great and reasonably priced
Driver was polite and gave us booklet as its a well known company in the city and we logically thought we will pre book them for our departure day. So the night before our flight back, we pre booked this taxi and paid 50% of the fee, to secure the booking. On the morning we then waited for 35 mins and no one turned up, no one called nothing!!! Had to urgently book Uber, which clearly saved us from missing the flight. Even now, a day later, I have not received any emails or messages from them at all. Never experienced such a scam, as it's a well known business in Italy. Better just book an Uber.

Total scam. Take your money then never hear from them again! Cant contact them. Very upset

Got scammed. Wish I would have checked this review site before I submitted the order. How can this company be up so high on google search. At least my credit card company should get the money back.

Like other say, this is scam!
If you are in rush, dont lose your mind and book this taxi. Definitely have the same mistake like some others for not checking review on trustpilot.

Completely fraud scam company. Should have doubted when no other taxi service was available, this website offered taxi but not in real. 53 Euros as adv payment is gone. No email no number to reach.

This is obviously a scam. They take a deposit, fail to provide a service, promise to refund your account within 14 days but don't. Any attempt to message them is futile as they don't respond. Wish I'd done my homework before booking with this company!
