I would like to request a refund. I paid €10 twice for myself and my wife, but neither SIM was activated in Albania and the service could not be used.
Even the Vodafone staff in Tirana were unable to solve the problem. As a result, I had to purchase two new 7-day unlimited packages for €35 each.
I therefore kindly request a refund for the service that did not work.

Less reliable than expected - not sure why
New phone with room for only one sim so gave my old UK sim to my husband and set up eSim before leaving Canada. I have zero sense of direction so use it mostly for maps. It worked right away in Ireland, everything was fine until 4th travel day - in Dublin - it started dropping me and for most of that afternoon and most of the next afternoon, I had no service in central Dublin. Walked from the National Gallery to Jamesons Distillery, and from National Museum of Archaeology to Collins Barracks National Museum of Ireland with no service. I had to screenshot direction details and sidle up to pubs hoping for free wifi. That pattern continued. My 2023 UK sim was reliable so I expected the same.

20GB was more than enough for 10 days, I barely used 5GB. Network was fast and reliable mostly. I was also able to hotspot it with other users, so it was great.

I was in Brasilia and couldn't get an eSIM from any of their retail stores because I wasn't a resident and it requires something called a CPF number, Due to this limitation, I opted for a Vodafone eSIM and it was easy to get and it bypassed the legal requirement for me to get a CPF number, the coverage was good enough for me to be able to request an Uber or be connected outside of my hotel or airport facilities. This was a necessity for me as I also needed to use the translate app because Brazilians speak majority in Portuguese and I needed the app for translation to English
