Well, just from the contacting (we had to cancel), the assistant was very polite and speedy. Daniel was wonderful and really did want to help, friendly from the start till the end. I shall leave a more detailed review if i ever use their services again.

Booked a tkt with travel 24seven Ltd got the tkt straight forward with help from Daniel who is always ready to help and guidance,he deserves a pet on his back for all the services he has given, thankful to travel24seven for having people like Daniel.

Daniel was patient and had all the time to talk u through what you wanted he deserves a big applause and needed to be encouraged and he needed to teach how patient he is with customers

I received a fantastic service. Daniel was very helpful and always ready to answer questions. I had to make some amendments to my ticket and the baggage and was absolutely swift with his response.

Worst travel agents by far. Agreed on tickets and paid deposit after that they cancelled my tickets and became unavailable on the phone to assist me. Ended up getting a refund for the money i had paid. Luckily flights were not until November so managed to book elsewhere
