On December 3,2025, my flight was diverted to San Francisco due to an onboard emergency. As a result, my mom and I experienced a delay of more than 24 hrs. Due to this delay, I had to make alternative travel arrangements and purchased a new ticket at our own expense. I called a number which identified as the support desk of American Airlines. I spoke to Mike Brown who assisted us in purchasing these tickets, promising us that we would be refunded for the reissued ticket. However, as of today, I have not received the refund or any updates regarding its status. I have made several attempts to resolve this since January, but to no avail. I have spoken to Amy White, David, Steve Wilson (beware of this Steve Wilson, big time fraud), Mike Brown, Brian Johnson, and a Cooper. I have left messages for their supervisor/manager Austin Martin, never returned any of my calls. DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY - FRAUD ALERT - FRAUD ALERT!!!!!!!

This company is a scam impersonating Delta. Avoid at all costs

this company (Travelback) screwed me out of $4258.89 to change a reservation on Delta Airlines. The person I was dealing with named M. Wilson was terminated and failed to process my refund. Now this company is trying to do it again with a different agent. I HOPE NO ONE ELSE HAS THIS HAPPENS TO THEM. DOUBT THIS GETS PUBLISHED.
