extreme quick response time and friendly and competent staff

in the times where you are used to stay several hours in a telephone queue before you are connected to the person in charge or wait several days until you get an email response , the very fast almost 24/7 response time is almost unbelievable. i dont know how they manage it when I see that this works at other places so poorly. furthermore, all requests are very quickly processed and the people are very friendly and polite.
