I used this company to go through on the Le Mans classic weekend. From the start I wasn’t sure about them as they didn’t know dates, getting muddled and generally giving me all sorts of information until finally settling on the correct weekend. By then I’d paid a deposit though.
The Le Mans weekend arrived and I did a last minute check where I noticed the car booking for the shuttle didn’t seem to have the caravan added. I emailed and a couple of days later had a ‘happy holidays’ return of email.
We got through the shuttle to get to France, had a brilliant weekend and tried to return at which point we weren’t allowed on the train and were directed to buy a new ticket. The shuttle at this point was extortionate so we chose ferry. That was a mistake it took us hours. Getting to France it appeared was an absolute fluke as this company hadn’t added our caravan and hadn’t even checked when I flagged it. And that’s when I saw how bad they really are. If you have any problems you’re stuck. After a LOT of emails they have finally agreed to refund the exact amount of the ferry (I should’ve blown the budget on the shuttle) with no acknowledgment it was their fault. Just a shame the communication could have been better??? If you have any other way to book your event take it.
