The consulate had problems with getting stickers for my visas. I believe in good faith Traveldoc did everything in their power to honor me getting my visa as soon as possible. I told Traveldoc I wanted my passport back, and a refund. They immediately shipped me back my documents and gave a full refund minus shipping cost for the return of my passport and documents.

I applied for a UK visa and the document online were so outdated it made the process so confusing and set me back about a week. I was finally able to reach the guy who worked with UK visas and he the explained the process (albeit not clearly and interrupting me often). It would be great if they could update the application checklist online to reflect reality to make the process easy.

Tried to download our visa for Egypt using two different web site with NO success
Completed visa documents and FedExed with passports and had documents returned with visa's in less than three weeks during these difficult times

Lead times on web site are not accurate. Turkish Visa 24-48 hours took almost 7 days

Russian Visa 7-9 business days took nearly 20

Things did come through in the end but was hoping for a little less worry

received responses to emails with questions within 24 hrs and was able to speak with a representative on the phone when necessary

When the timeline for renewing my passport was 12-16 weeks (!), Traveldocs somehow managed to do it in 10 business days. Incredible! Though the service is not cheap, I am very happy with the quality of service and turnaround time. Will recommend to my friends!

My past visa order went smoothly. The prior request for a visa to Nigeria did not go well. I had to call TDS 6 days before my trip and was informed that no visa stickers were available. I informed TDS to send my passport back to me immediately. TDS did NOT inform me and I came close to canceling my itinerary. Thankfully I live in Mexico City and was able to get a quick visa at the Nigerian embassy via a friend who works there! I have found TDS very unprofessional on the phone when someone actually answers the call. I am not a "new customer".

Terrible communication. Visa never delivered. Instructions via email ignored.

You never filed anything, kept my money, sent everything I sent you back to an address I won’t be at until a few days before I’m supposed to leave and told me I have to do the application myself because the Cambodian Embassy wouldn’t accept your agents email address. You have ruined my chance for getting a visa.
