e-mails are fake, telephone numbers are fake, everything is fake about this company, besides that they approach you and call you thousands of time to get your money and to become a member
after that all mentioned above is gone

NO REFUND AFTER 1 YEAR

After subscription of 1 year work, as a host, I asked for the refund of subscription fee for £199, infact contract says: "We are also providing you the guarantee of 70 days of minimum booking every year. If we are not able to provide you the minimum guarantee days reservations so in that case you can ask for your refund" As a result of no booking during 2023 I am asking the refund, but NO ONE IS ANSWERING TO MAIL REQUEST !

Scam.
They promise you 7 weeks of reservations per year, with confirmed bookings even in the "off-peak" season.
Their promise is simply too good to be true. I signed up for 1 year, but paid initially only 6 month.
As expected, I did not receive a single reservation in that time and even though the 6 month are over and I did not renew my payment, my listing is still online.
This clearly shows it is a scam, the website is user-unfriendly an the sales people are very pushy.
Furthermore, I spoke to someone with an Indian accent, but in the email I received afterwards the lady had suddenly an American name and a phone number with extension in Denmark...
Scam, scam, scam, they just want your money and are absolutely not interested in your business or its success.
I would not recommend travelernest at all to anyone.

ADDITIONAL NOTE:
The only way to contact Travelernest is by Whatsapp as shown on their website, but when you click on it, it says "This number is not available on Whatsapp"

Not trustworthy at all.

SCAM. They take your money and there after the email adress which they use to communicate dissapears. Nothing of all there promises is true. Stay away of them! They even promise to pay you back when you did not have customers, don't believe it!

All the comments of 3,4,5 stars are from they, TRAVELERNEST with the trademark blue and the bird at the end with light blue wings IT IS A SCAM. Don't believe that positive false comments!! They buy with my money and with the other people's money that comments, they are bad people, Don't trust on their words, as host I'm saving you 200Pounds or more while I'm warning you. TRAVELERNEST = SCAM, they dissapeared from facebook because there is more difficult to buy possitive comments and it was full of bad comments. DON'T WORK WITH THEM.

I have recently heard about this company and I try to make a booking. So I just found that there booking system is very easy.

Dear TRAVELERNEST,
So many e-mail were send on my behalf to seek help to the info EMAIL but unfortunately no reply what so ever. I have even tried trough a request form, no luck at all. So telling me maybe its not the Travelernest website or contact its even worse at the moment as there has not been not even one slight response from customer support or whoever my CASE MANAGE is. Im using all the data (e-mail, mobile number, case manager name that should not be mentioned here) previous send to me. How can it be nobody is responding on that mobile number or e-mail adres? Is this professional??

I signed up with this company believing it to be a way to branch out. I wish i done more research. They seemed sincere. Trying to get a refund now but no one is answering the phone. Do not join. Seemed good at the time. All promises no results.

I book an apartment from this website in Croatia and it is very easy to book an apartment from this company and I am very happy with there services.

I'm worry about my money and I ask for the refund and they refund my all amount after that I have take an another chance in 2021 with the same company and I start getting bookings from there side and as they promised they provide me 40-45 bookings in a year and I'm very satisfied with there services.

I made a booking with travelernest for my 1 week travel in croatia and it was a seamless experience. The villa i booled was at excellent location,great view,far fom hustle and bustle of the city and even the management was super friendly. i would recommend travelernest to every traveler who like to have a hassle free experience.

Please not start with them They promiss many customer and a refund If they have not. Nothing of this is true. This is a company from India who Cheat.

So i did not start.

I start working it this plataform last year, and i had subscribed the basic package, and i put my property in the website. During one year i didn´t received any contact or client. before start my subscription i receved a phone call from a worker of Travelernest saying that my property have many people interested....All lies!
My subscribed finished 25/11/2022, until now i didn´t received my refund, as they told in the website, i send many email´s and no one respond me....

This site is completely bogus do not use them. They will take your money , make lots of mistakes and no one is then available to fix the mistakes. Check through the listings they have posted as you will find repeats of the same listing. They will put a variety of listings on the one page for a variety of countries instead of the country you are interested in to make it look like they have lots of listings. Its a complete scam. Beware!
