DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY!!!!!! Nothing they say is true. Read other reviews go to the Better Business Bureau do not sign anything, do not give them any money. You will regret even wasting your time on the phone with them.
$1800 SCAM
If I could my rating would be a negative. TXC sound promising but promotes LIES. I don't think the request were legit and the person giving this company a high rating has to be a family member.
My year has ended and I had not one rental.

We have reviewed your account, we have been submitting offers to you in regards to your account. Once the offers come in, we submit them directly to you. We also have it notated to call when we sent them so we can get action taken on these as soon as possible.
I used these guys for 6 months. I spend $298 upfront and $99 month thereafter. I was told I would get a refund if they did not rent my property at least once and they would most likely rent 3 times. I had 3 inquires and no sales. The properties people requested were not available at the travel exchange (easy enough for them to look this up and give me a bogus lead). Steer clear of this company. MAJOR SCAM and my credit card company (Discover) did not favor my side in the dispute. BE AWARE! They are good sales people and this is one of those situation where if it's too good to true it probably is.
Txc called me and told me they had a great opportunity to rent vacations that i wasnt using for $1800 i was promised 6 of my vacations sold at $1900 per vacation in 1 year the year has past and not 1 dime now they wont return my calls or money i contacted the BBB and attorney general also Department of agriculture my advice STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM
I've tried to remain optimistic, but nearly a year in it's apparently clear that TXC is nothing more than a big scam!! We received about half dozen "so -called offers" that dates ironically never match. We were told this process was guaranteed and would take 30- 90 days. We've lost $2400! My advice to the public is to STAY AWAY FROM THiS COMPANY!!
