Cass always provided quick, supportive and friendly communication! She really knows her stuff!

Cass was so helpful when it came to booking our holiday after we had one cancalled we went to her to help find our ideal location. We wanted all inclusive in March with sunshine & pools. Certain dates & a beach. The hotel was very clean, great variety of food & fun day time activities. Would highly recommend using cass for your next holiday as she took the time to search & sent us few locations & hotels to chose from

Cassandra organised a 14 day trip to South Africa, to include flights, hotels, transfers and a tour around The Garden Route. Everything worked brilliantly. We really appreciated her recommendations and her guidance, an the trip was all the better for it. Thanks Cassandra.

The location was absolutely perfect — we had a beautiful meander to a nearby church for Francesca, and the aquarium just around the corner was a huge hit with Georgia!
I honestly don’t think I’ve ever experienced such fantastic customer service before — everything was taken care of perfectly from start to finish. The staff in Malta were amazing and so wonderful with children 🥰 it made our holiday feel extra special.

What can I say, from starting with an idea for a solo trip to landing back home, I couldn’t have hoped for anything better. Cass is just THE BEST! Cass took my idea and looked at all the options, did all the hard work, summarised it a spreadsheet( she clearly knew me so well!) all I had to do was choose. Despite my many questions, stupid and otherwise, from arranging my upgrade, booking my seats, checking me in, nothing was too much trouble! All of the hassle and stress taken away from me. Nothing was too much trouble and it meant I had the most amazing holiday that was completely hassle free, because Cass was there to sort all that stuff out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cass and I wouldn’t book a holiday without her!

A complete trouble free experience. We wanted a touring holiday in Canada with a RV. We had a budget and asked Cassandra to come back with a suggested package for us. Very quickly and with a couple of tweaks, it was all booked for us. Fabulous service which went beyond our expectations. We booked independently our campsites and activities to allow some flexibility, but having asked for a suggest route to cover Vancouver Island, BC and Alberta, she provided a suggested route which we followed and which took in the most beautiful scenery. An extra touch was to be checked in outbound,and again home bound, with our boarding passes emailed to us.

My first trip booked with Cass at Travel Galore was a long weekend in Sept 2024 to Krakow. Flights, hotel, trips to concentration camps etc all pre arranged by Cass. She sought the best deals, the best trips and her response to any queries was prompt and precise!
Our second trip was planned by my husband with Cass directly for a fortnights holiday in Mauritius April 2025 and once again her service has been second to none. She works tirelessly to find exactly what you are looking for and keeps you updated every step of the way! Won’t book another trip without Cass whether it’s a short break or a long haul holiday. Travelling alone as a female with children can be daunting, but Cass at Travel Galore has made it a breeze. Our seats are booked in advance, boarding passes emailed, transport arranged. All I have to do is pack and turn up at the airport. The service with Cass has been outstanding. She works with me to find the perfect destination and hotels until I am completely happy. I had the most amazing holiday in Tuscany last year, an unforgettable trip to Iceland in January, and just got back from a magical trip to Disneyland Paris. Cass not only booked everything but helped plan and book day trips, creating a fantastic holiday itinerary. I can not speak highly enough of the incredible service from Cass. She goes way above and beyond to make everything perfect and is always at the end of the phone when needed. Thanks to Cass, I feel excited about travelling and can't wait for the holidays she has booked for me this year, including my girlie reunion in Greece in August. I honestly wouldn't use anyone else.

This was our first time booking with Cassandra and having just returned from our fabulous holiday, it will not be the last. As a family we really wanted to organise a multi-centre trip – Cassandra was extremely helpful and gave us lots of options but we decided on Marrakesh with Agadir. Her inside knowledge enabled her to recommend some really great excursions that most definitely made our trip so memorable. She was exceptionally helpful and organised and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her to friends and family.

We have used Cass for different types of holidays ranging from city breaks, girls trips away, cruises and a combination of beach, destinations and adventure all in one. So the seamless putting together of these holidays is complicated at best. Each time the service has been excellent from beginning to end. She takes the time to get to know what you want, makes appropriate suggestions and is happy to iterate together. Nothing is too much and we don’t feel the pressure of pushing and changing our minds until we feel it’s what we want. We work together to make it right. The recommendations were spot on and the hotels, car rentals have been great. She will check you in, remind us in good time on what we need to do and think of all aspects of the holiday. Amazing, professional service and super honest. Her focus is ensuring you have the best holiday and experience above all. Her knowledge of holiday destinations is also very good. Having previously used larger travel companies we now prefer the personal service we get and will continue to use the brilliant service we are accustomed to with Cass. Thanks for helping us create such wonderful memories.
