I booked a two week trip S Korea and Japan June 26. The first thing I noticed was preasure sales, trying to rush me into a decision "These hotels are filling up fast there's only two vacancies left at three of the hotels" This was absolute rubish, all the hotels still had vacancies when I arrived. Two weeks before I travelled I started chasing the tickets, they kept reassuring me "today, tomorrow, this week" then nothing happened, I received my final tickets two days before I travelled. This prompted me to phone them and the first thing I realised was that English wasn't their first language, they give themselves British sounding names ( I can't list these names here as this gives the company an excuse to flag my review and have it removed but look through their other reviews they all have typical British names yet can barely speak English) but this is to give them more credibility and sound more trustworthy, this is deceitful and not the actions of a professional business. All the communications were in perfect English and excellent grammar but I suspect it's AI generated. I totted up the actual cost of travel and hotels as I went and soon realised I could of arranged it all myself at 30-40% cheaper, one of my hotels I could have booked at £21 a night. Just to test the water I asked for some advice while travelling and was completely ignored, they're only interested in your money not your problems. I was suspicious of all their 5* gushing reviews so looked at them a little closer, they're all written in the same vain along similar lines, all their "reviewers" only ever give 5* reviews, in one set of photos featured two different couples, others look like landmarks downloaded off the Internet, others look like superimposing a couples image over a famous landmark.
I wouldn't use this company again or any other self guided tour operator they're only interested in your money it's far cheaper and much more flexible to organise your own itinerary.
NB. This company offered me a £308 refund to delete this review, obviously my integrity is higher than theirs are.

Booked Trip to Switzerland 🇨🇭 and Italy 🇮🇹
I was recommended Travel Goals UK by a friend and passed to her contact Ben Carter. From the beginning, he was very responsive and listened to my requirements. I had a very specific itinerary in mind and after a few tweeks, we got to my exact holiday request, and the booking was confirmed. I now look forward to taking the actual trip and thank Ben for all his help & advice. 😊

Great service from Travel Goals UK.
I made an enquiry about a 3 night holiday in Bucharest and was contacted soon after by Robert. I was given a quote and Robert was very helpful and patient whilst my group decided. Once decided Robert sorted out all the extra requests such as castle tickets and priority boarding. The booking process was very easy, I had a problem getting the payment link but I phoned Travel goals uk and they quickly sorted payment. I am very happy with the service,Robert did a brilliant job sorting our requests and we are all looking forward to our holiday.

Excellent communications from initial enquiry to the deal being sealed and holiday booked. BRILLIANT 7 CENTRE TRIP
Hanna booked our recent trip to Japan and China. The trip included 7 hotel stays in 7 different cities. There were 5 bullet trains, 3 flights and 4 trips. With so many parts to our trip I was nervous that something would go wrong, but there was no need at all. Everything worked so well and went as expected. We will definitely book via Travel Goals UK again
