We had a wonderful time on our mediterranean cruise from start to finish, which also included a 3 day stay in beautiful Madeira, big thanks to Joanne for all her help, the only very slight issue i have, was the fact that my wife Dinah and i were not sitting beside each other on our flights, like i said its a very minor issue, which was a wee bit upsetting for my wife, because she a nervous flyer, but other than that we had a great time, and we will definitely avail of their services again. From my initial enquiry regarding the holiday including multiple phone calls & messages before our trip nothing seemed to much trouble.
The B&B hotel was clean and reception staff were very helpful.
The two trips booked, Bernina Red train& Lake Como were both amazing

I was hesitant using a company that I hadn't heard of from a Facebook advert. I didnt need to be as John was very patient and professional sorting out my many changes to hotels etc. Everything went just as expected on our holiday in Japan. I would have no issues using Travel Goals on my next big trip. The prices were very fair too.

Steve organised our Vietnam/ Bali and Australia trip.
Everything went according to plan, from the transfers hotels and amazing excursions. Particularly the Halong bay trip which was unbelievable. We all had a wonderful time.

Absolutely fantastic to deal with nothing was any trouble when we asked for add-ons to our trip . Our trip to Milan and the Bermina Express was second to none. Our tour excursion with Monika and drivers Max and Domo . Made the trip more worth while Monika was very professionally in keeping us up history and local buildings of our travels.
Where to eat and what to look out for.
Walking on the frozen lake in St Moritz was something we have never done and experienced and the tour of St Moritz.
Bermina Express was well worth the trip views are stunning with the weather even made it more stunning.

Only in Borevets for a few days, organized by Travel Goals. Excellent service from the Company which ensured that travel, board and ski hire/passes all worked well. I rate the company and Hanna very highly; they kept in touch with me throughout. Will be booking again next year!

We booked our trip to Japan through Travel Goals and had the trip of a lifetime. Joanne was incredibly helpful from start to finish and accommodated all of our ever-changing needs while we were planning. She made everything clear and easy, and ensured all of our key points for the trip were covered.We will definitely recommend them to others and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

The only suggestion we would make relates to travelling on the bullet trains in Japan. Because we had large suitcases, we needed seats with additional luggage space, which we fortunately managed to arrange while we were in Japan. It would be helpful if this option could be offered at the point of booking, as travelling with large luggage without these seats could make the journey quite difficult.

Aside from that minor point, we were absolutely thrilled with the service we received. Thank you again to Joanne and Travel Goals for helping us plan such an unforgettable trip.

Victoria Harvey the travel consultant I dealt with was responsive and flexible with the questions I had and changes I requested. She helped me build the perfect trip to Japan for my family.
I had found this company through social media and could see the great reviews they had.
Each payment made was followed up with receipts from the finance team.
The hotels recommend for our stays in Tokyo and Kyoto were luxurious. In our Tokyo hotel ( Hotel East 21 Tokyo) we even saw Team Japan staying after the winter Olympics. The hotel in Osaka ( Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto) had a revolving rooftop restaurant, where we enjoyed breakfast with breathtaking views.
We received all our flight, hotel and builet train tickets in advance.
We even received a call after our trip to ensure it all went well..
We will be booking our next trip with Travel Goals.
