In September, I went on the Travelhub website to buy mine and my children's fare for two back and forth flights. I followed the instructions of the website to choose the fare type of my children, which it said anyone under 17 should buy children fares(my children are 15 and 12). So I chose one adult fare and two child fares. Not long later after I had paid, a staff of Travelhub made a call with me, telling me about my children's fares' details are incorrect, saying that they were meant to be adult fares. I was told to pay £190 to update the fares to adult fares. I had no any other choices so I had to pay the £190 fee unwillingly, since I was already following the instructions of the website to buy the fares.

When I was checking in for my first flight in the Heathrow Airport, there was an issue. The airport ground staff told me that my children were not allowed, because the fares are issued as children fares. I was so confused, I had already paid £190 for updating them into adult fares. I was so nervous about my flight, facing the urgency of missing my flight. That took me almost 2 hours to sort that out.

When I was checking in for my second flight, back to Heathrow airport, I was facing an issue again, the same problem, the my children's fares are issued as children fares again. I was not allowed to get on board, and the ground staff said I might not be able to take my flight. I was once again so scared and frustrated. I immediately contacted one of the Travelhub staffs, called Ali. I told Ali about the issues I had met, and he couldn't help me at all. Even I made a call with him, nothing had helped the situation I was in.

Both of my flights were issued in the same problems, my children fares were issued under children fares, which I had already paid £190 for updating them. So, is this not a scam of £190?

After I went back to UK, I emailed another Travelhub staff called Irfan Petiwaia. I was demanding for the refund of the £190, since I paid it but I didn't the service I should have gotten. I was complaining for that £190 for so long, but Irfan just used excuses to reject the refund and he told me to contact to the airline company for the refund. At the end, Irfan decided to not reply my emails to finish the conversation.

I am so angry and disappointed for this rubbish experience. This is a total scam of £190, I didn't get any service which I had paid for. I actually wanted to rate Travelhub for 0 star, but I had to rate for at least 1 star.

Therefore, I am suggesting everyone to think few times before buying from Travelhub.

I dealt with Rutu Doshi, who was very helpful, and provided a great service.

I recently booked a multi-city trip from London to Agartala with stopovers in Delhi and Kolkata, and I must say, Travel Hub exceeded all my expectations — especially Sikha, who handled my booking.

My travel requirements were quite complex:

A 3-day stopover in Delhi
A 2-day stopover in Kolkata
Final destination: Agartala
Plus, I needed a total baggage allowance of 46kg from London to Agartala
I contacted several travel agencies including TicketstoIndia, Ticketguru, and Southall Travel, but none of them could offer a suitable itinerary at a reasonable price. Most importantly, they didn’t have the patience to understand my specific needs.

Sikha from Travel Hub was absolutely outstanding. She spent a long time on the phone with me, carefully listening to every detail and making sure all my requirements were met. Her patience, professionalism, and dedication were truly remarkable — I’ve never experienced such customer service in my life.
