Liars

I am an event coordinator for my job. For 2 years in a row, we decided to reward our top agents with $3,000 travel vouchers. This was in 2022 and 2023. Times that $3,000 by 40 agents times 2 years, you can imagine the amount we spent. I always had the same rep, she was super helpful always, and told me that we would make the agents think they have a 1-year expiration date, when in reality, they just would never expire. We wanted them to use their vouchers within a year. I have emails stating clearly that they would never expire. Fast forward, it is 2025. I have a few agents wanting to use their vouchers and to their surprise, they have expired. I was never notified. They state they notified the agents, but they are also stating they never heard a peep. When I questioned Travelink, they stated since the travel restrictions were lifted, they decided to have the vouchers expire. That they "wrote off" our money at the end of each year for the ones that were not used. Again, the original purchaser (me), was never notified of this. Where is our money? This is how this company makes money so BEWARE. And no, I do not have the incorrect company as your other reviews state. This is TRAVELINK with one L in Nashville, TN.

A complicated travel arrangement

The company, especially Jessica who went over and beyond, sorted out a multi trip 12 flight arrangement including arranging the special assistance the passengers needed for all flights! Brilliant job made the complicated seem almost easy! 👏
I couldn't be happier with their service. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing flights!

Super Travelink !


I have used Travelink for years to book my flights.
I have had some past problems, but it seems like Travelink is improving by the minute.
If you have problems they take you serious as opposed to many other travel agencies.

A good solution, if you have questions or want to confirm things, is their online contact opportunity, which safes you for a hundred dollar phone bill if you phone from abroad.
It is a fast, reliable service that gives you due time to understand whats being said by friendly agents who make sure that everything is in the right order.

I was going to Bangkok, this time, from Nairobi.
We had some few problems with the visas to our transits in India and had to postpone the dates
A matter that was resolved fairly quick.

If Travelink continous like this I'll be on the safe side with Travelink when deciding who to book my tickets with in the future.

Can't even book flights or get information!

As part of a company benefit, we were assigned a vacation travel advisor (name wthheld after checking review guidelines) and told to expect responses within 2-3 business days. We have tried to book at least our flights for over 2 weeks and provided flight information, as well as asked for clarification regarding the type and format of information needed so that she can help us help her and speed this process along. She has not even collected our full names and DOB, which I imagine would be the minimum information needed to book flights.

Complete failure of a duty of care as a…

Complete failure of a duty of care as a travel agent. Bought a ticket to Belarus but was not advised that there was a change of airport in Moscow necessitating the need for a visa. Refund and responsibility denied.
Now with ABTA ( CASE 238667.)

I have tried to contact travellink…

I have tried to contact travellink today through phone and gave up after waiting for 57 minutes. very frustrating!
I have been informed by the airline that my flight has been cancelled and trying to secure refund so that I could book alternative flight. I, however, need to get my money back in time to save my holiday plan.
