A truly awful experience. I visited their high street store in order to book a multi city trip. I said, through the intercom, that I needed some help and they demanded I explain what exactly I was after through the intercom, on a busy high street where I couldn't hear most of what they were saying. I was then told 'we don't help everyone' and the receiver was slammed down. I rang again and another person eventually allowed me in and then talked about how people come in to ask them to photocopy passports and documents and others are quite threatening. I asked if I looked threatening and if I should be mistreated because of other people? I was then handed a card and told to 'send us an email with your requirements and we will get back to you'. I declined and left.
Frankly this is shocking, discriminatory behaviour from a company whose website claims they have so many 5 star reviews. Don't ever consider using them.

Paid a deposit of £75, paid balance on demand to get my ticket but they asked me to pay exhaubitantly more. Start to ask for of am using British passport or not at that point. I cancelled and they never return the £75 deposit. That's a lot to hold back as deposit for cancellation. Not happy.
