Just because it says you're covered in the large print, it would be foolish to assume they will give you money if you make a claim.
Read the whole doc from start to finish or go with a different company. I got nothing despite being pretty certain I was entitled when I made the claim.
It is basically lying, but it's legal lying - so well done them. Buying this insurance was just a little more salt in the wound and money that I might as well have burned.
Don't bother with them - we missed our flight though no fault of our own (the airline failed to inform us of a change in flight time) and they told us they couldn't cover any expenses occurred. Waste of money and time, would go with a decent company in future.
