I have booked a trip through Travelis.

They use Norwegian one way
from Copenhagen - Aalborg. There is no problem with that. BUT they have sold me a flight from Aalborg - Cophagen through DAT, whom no longer offers flights from Aalborg - Copenhagen.

DAT says that Travelis knows that they no longer offers this flight service.

Now Travelis want me to pay to rebook my flight?!
WHAT THE ACTUAL F*** Travelis.

Trust me when I say: NEVER EVER USE TRAVELIS!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. No customer service. Made it so difficult to add hand luggage to the existing booking. Don’t send you the information so you can check in 24 hours, but instead wait until 2 hours before departure to send you the info.

They will charge you crazy large amounts to do any changes. And the missing customer service and service in general, makes the whole travel experience much more stressful.

It’s not worth the money.

Calling customer service was a pain. Every time I tried getting in contact, it ended up saying: number not available. It took for ever

We booked a flight, and payed for their standard booking. When arriving to the airport we found out they bought an ultra light ticket, and we needed to pay extra for ordinary hand luggage.

In the end when you have given all your information and want to pay, they want more money claiming the price has changed in the mean while. I see in the comments there are others who had similar experience. I payed for the extra price and in the end they didn't send me any ticket. It ended up that I lost my hotel booking and return flight and my vacation is now ruined. I regret I didn't read the comments before the bookig.

This agency is the worst. They themselves canceled my flight and did not offer a new flight. Then they didn't refund my full payment. They received 2,350 Danish Krones for the service. I missed my plan and I paid 2350 kr. for nothing.

Travelis has not any customer service they respond you 7 days later and their telephone is not working half of day . They may give a discount but cancelled your ticket in connection flights or deprive you from many opportunity if you want to gain them you should pay more and afterthen you will find all its offers are lie, beware that TRAVELIS will not refund your money at all or response to your claim .

Very bad service their system dont send the correct firstname to thai airways they append the title at the back of the name and we asked them to update booking with the correct name and they said it is a part of their system. The title field at the airline side is missing and therefore we are not able to update ourselves. Also they wont help with updating the booking with other info that airline is asking us to manage e.g. Contact info, frequent flyver and emengency contact

I am very happy with the experience with Travelis. It was easy to contact and the staff is very helpful. I truly recommend travelis for reservations.

I have been trying to book Copenhagen - Naples for two days and have tried many, many websites. They were all confusing and it was difficult to see precisely what they were offering, especially regarding the inclusion/exclusion of hand baggage.
With Travelis, all was clearly and precisely stated.
Excellent experience!

Everything is as it should be. Called in with a few questions and received all the help and information I needed. Waiting line on the phone wasn’t long. 10/10 would recommend

I booked a flight at Travelis and realized instantly that the payment page had refreshed and auto-chosen a different departure time than I originally had clicked. Despite the EU consumer protection law of 24 hour´s change policy, which the Airline (Norwegian) for this flight upholds, Travelis quoted me an excessive change or cancellation fee (way above the original price even though both flights were the same price). It seems like a joke. Their customer service was abrupt and unhelpful, making the experience more frustrating. I cannot recommend Travelis. Their policies and service need a serious review.

Very slow website and doesn't work well in Chrome. But the prices are cheaper than in others. Please fix the performance and Chrome support.

I wish there was 0 stars, that's more than they deserve. It's an absolute SCAM. STAY AWAY.
I paid for 23 kg luggage, both ways, and when I checked my itinerary in the airlines website, I had 10 kilos for the first flight and 0 kilos for the other.
I called and asked them to correct it, and they said they can't do it anymore. ( Please note, my flight is in one month ahead from the moment I write this review).
They said I should pay if I want more and they can't refund me any money. When I confronted them that this is illegal and it's scamming, they hanged up on me and blocked my phone number so I couldn't reach them again.
ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!! Protect yourselves and don't buy any tickets or service from them.

How much have you paid just to be the first booking agent available on Momondo? It's not the first option, because it's the best

Totally smooth experience with a last minute booking.

I made booking online i only got confirmation, but i didn't receive my ticket, so i became scared, just for curiosity i check it on trustpilot.com and found very negative feed back. so i got scared. i wrote to the customer service on their website, and i got reply for my email. and i found the contact number so i call to the customer service. I didn't have to wait in a long queue, she helped me very fast, and after some seconds i received email along with my ticket. I gave them 4 stars because i didn't receive ticket just after the booking. i didn't have bad experience with this organization

Simple and clear. Disappointed that ‘no charge’ credit card transaction cost 22 DKK!

If I had the option to leave a 0 rating I would do it. Because honestly such an scammer and bully doesn't deserve a single star.
I needed to cancel a flight within the first 24h after the booking, which is supposed to be full refund as per SAS policy. However, when I requested my refund, I was charged 795 dkk per passenger (3 in my case!). In their terms and conditions rights for cancellation, it is stated that they must comply with the airlines' policy, and nothing is said about any fee to be paid. They have their fees somewhere else impossible to find if you are just looking for your rights to cancel as a user.
Bottom line, the took more than the half of my total booking price. Their terms and conditions are meant to scam people and get away with their money without remorse. Well played! I'll never buy from them again under any circumstance. Buy directly from the airline. Make yourself a favor!
