Absolutely awful experience with Travel Junction.
I paid extra for refund protection during my booking because it was presented in a way that made it sound genuinely useful if unexpected circumstances stopped me from travelling. When I later had to cancel for a real emergency situation, I was pushed toward Refundable-me only to discover that the protection is full of exclusions that were never clearly explained before payment.
The whole experience felt misleading, frustrating, and designed to take extra money from customers while providing little real support when you actually need help. No clear or useful information was properly highlighted during the booking process about how restricted this so-called “refund protection” really is.
After spending a significant amount of money and then being rejected over hidden conditions, the experience caused unnecessary stress, frustration, and financial loss. Customers deserve transparency before paying extra for services like this.
I strongly advise people to think twice before booking with Travel Junction or purchasing their refund protection add-ons. Read every single condition carefully because the protection may not work the way you expect at all

First and last time using travel…
First and last time using travel junction. Unable to add booking to Qatar airways app as they put there contact details to pass security. Phoned emailed numerous times to have this changed. Promised to change it but never happens. This does t happen with rival companies so I will be sticking with them in future.

Booked long haul flight, came through with no dietary requirements as I need gluten free food this os wrong & they didn't ask. I called them & they told me to speak to the airline but they couldn't give me details for the airline just told me to look online. Terrible service after they have your money in my experience!

Be very cautious when booking on this site
I booked a multi city flight with Travel Junction for myself, my husband, and my baby. Although I selected three passengers, the booking somehow went through for only two. The website is not very clear, and I did not notice the change before payment.
Within 30 minutes of booking, I contacted them to correct or cancel the ticket. Despite acting quickly, I was told the ticket was non refundable. I also paid for refund protection, but they explained that my situation was not covered under their terms. They also dismissed the 24 hour cancellation rule.
I was then given two options: lose £900 by cancelling or pay £481 to add my baby. After several hours on the phone, I ended up paying an additional £686 to add my baby and adjust one leg of the trip.
This was an extremely frustrating and costly experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when booking through this site. If I had known, I would not have spent over £3,500 on this booking.

After a frustrating struggling with arranging individual flights with different airlines for a relatively complex trip to Canada it was a great relief to be able to insert each of our destinations and dates and get back a simple and straightforward range of options for flights and times.
