Chetter travelkhana app i pay jain thali at delivery at ajmer station but not deliver food.i call customer care but not response and refund money but no reply pls don't by online food in travelkhana

Ordered jain Food at New Delhi Railway Station from travelkhana My Train No 09006 Ndls To Bct. travelling trains only 2 Stop I was hengry .got an SMS , but the food never got delivered , had to sleep hungry because kota time 7.30 and I'm jain so I can't eat in night.worst experience

I booked and payed. No one came to give meal 2 h as they said
I called and the say that they check and call back. But it never happend
I have made complaint but no money back yet
Im still waiting for money back and excuse now more than 45 h

Im still hungry...

Food quality was good but delivery boy took price of water and ran away.
Very cheap service provider.
Company should raise this matter to make customer satisfaction otherwise they will loose their faith.

Hi Guys, Order id:1135633. I booked Veg Thali worth Rs 160/- which was supposed to be delivered at REWARI on 09627 Train at 10 am IST today on 11-Oct-2017. The order was booked 2 days ahead. In morning, I talked to customer care and they confirmed that order would be delivered on time. Till last moment, its status remained "Cooking". The station passed but order is NOT delivered. I called at customer care. They had no answer but to say-"Sir, main samaj sakti huin aap ki pareshani. Aap ko hui asuwidha ke liye mafi chahti huin". So it is confirmed that it is a company run by CHEATERS. Their aim is to extract money via online payments and to make fool of passengers. DO NOT GET FOOLED by this company of LOOTERS. It is a SCAM.
