Great quality
The patches are great quality, I was worried that because of the smaller sizes the smaller details would not be visible, but they are very well done. The only bad experience is that I choose the shipping with tracking, but I did not received any updates. But even without it, the shipment arrived without a problem.

Stop Reading - Start Buying.
Oh man! I finally found the perfectly sized flags that I can patch on my new camera bag (which obviously goes EVERYWHERE with me). They are small, but you can easily tell what country they're from. I went ahead and bought a bunch of other ones to other countries that I'm planning on visiting, just in case something happens some day (heaven forbid) and I can't buy anymore from here!

BEWARE!! Rip-Off, and Disrespectful Behaviour!
I ordered 38 patches, from which, for some reason I received a package with only 23 flags. The package had no signs of mishandling, so I assumed there might be some sort of mistake on their side. After inquiry with them, they said that was impossible since they check the packages several times.
I really only wanted to get the missing patches, at no point I mentioned anything about getting my money back, so I tried to compromise and get an arrangement. At first they offered a 70% percent discount to “rebuy” the missing patches, to which I agreed, acknowledging that perhaps something might have happened during the shipment.
They went silent for a few days, and when I insisted on how to make the discounted payment, they replied that after further review, they couldn’t “take my word for it” (basically called me a liar), and that unfortunately they couldn’t apply such discount anymore, at most they would apply a 15% discount, and even said this was already a HUGE effort from their side and I should be grateful for it. Pretty much: No compromise, I d have to buy the missing patches again whole…..
In summary: Be careful when doing business with them!! They ripped off almost half of my money and I got insulted in the process..... Terrible experience.

Nobody ever had missing patches from their order and, as we’ve discussed in private, each package gets checked in 3 different stages before it’s sent out.
We thought the discount we offered could be beneficial to solve the query. At no point we said we didn’t want to help you and our private chat is an evidence for that. Fortunately enough, the remaining thousands of people that ordered our patches know about our values, the quality of our products, our reliability and our honesty.
We’re sorry again for the inconvenience but we think we tried our best to help you both from the professional and the personal side of it. And this review now sounds like a personal attack to our company’s image.

The order was for my brother. He loved it. Now he carries a textile passport in his backpack and it is very original.
The shipment took a short time but I recommend tracking, it for peace of mind.

For years I’ve been looking for flags to attach to my travel backpack but they were always too big.. I can’t believe my research is finally over!
These flags are absolutely perfect!
Their size allows them to be clearly visible on your backpack and at the same time does not make them too bulky! Also excellent quality product and excellent customer service.
