I've recently returned from another Travel One holiday, having used the company for many years. My travel documents arrived well in advance of my holiday, complete with flight boarding cards. It makes the whole experience much easier when the check-in process has already been done for you. As with most T1 holidays, the meal arrangement was half board so there's no added expense for evening meals. In fact on this particular holiday it was half board plus so part of that arrangement was that beer, wine, water etc were included at dinner.

Paul is now the rep in Malta as well as his usual job,
I was very pleased to meet him after so many years of speaking to him on the phone to arrange holidays. His help in person was very much appreciated.

I'm looking forward to seeing what holidays T1 has for the new season.

Paul went above and beyond to fit my gulet holiday from Zante to my preferences. Flights, transfers and everything else went smoothly.

Have also used for some great group holidays too, and perfect for those of us who don't want a solo holiday too structured with a full time host etc.

For me Travel One is the only company of this type that provides a wide range of conventional half board summer holidays of one or two weeks in Spain or the Spanish Islands which is my preference. Hotels are of good quality and the experience from booking to flights and transfers have always been faultless.

From the moment I asked for a booking, everything just flowed. My flights, connections, hotel and Gulet cruise and constant information were excellent. Any queries I had were answered promptly. Travel one (again) gave so much attention to detail. A special 'thank you' to Paul who made it all so easy for me.

As usual travel one has excelled in organising my holiday to rhodes this may.'24. Flights and transferes were excellent. This all takes the strain and worry about travelling as a single female. I have used the company for 17 years and will continue as long as my health continues to allow me to travel which i hope will be for many more years.

I have used Travelone four times, the most recent being a lovely trip to Rhodes. Paul is very helpful and is quick to respond to any questions and requests you may have. They tend to use what I would call ‘small and friendly’ hotels, which I prefer. It’s a great way to discover new places as a solo traveller. I also think that Travelone holidays are very well priced. It’s nice having your flights, transfers and hotel sorted in one booking.

Came back from palm beach in Tunisia 🇹🇳 had a fantastic time room pool beach and food all very good for what you pay.

Great Company , for singles holidays. I had a wonderful experience booking this holiday to el Mouradi Palm Beach in Tunisia for 2 weeks starting 2 October 2023 . The service from booking to receiving the tickets was just as I expected.

The hotel is excellent , with large rooms , varied food at all meal times , and excellent service , provided by all the hotel staff. I am already planning to return next year , possibly in September . Also a wonderful Gala evening for around 20 of us was organised , with delious Italian food .

Only one thing , I would like the Tunisian representative to have all trips information at the welcome meeting , We had to wait a few days before we got this to book.

I went with Travel one to Dalyan and had a brilliant time. Paul was really helpful and I would certainly use this Company again. Nothing was too much trouble. Great customer service.

Travel documents were comprehensive and arrived with printed boarding cards and all the information needed for the journey. Met at the airport arrivals by a friendly driver and taken to the ferry. On disembarking found the courier for the next stage of journey , she did not have our names which caused a little bit of confusion, but she got us to our next friendly driver.
Host in resort, Annapaula was lovely and gave us lots of information at welcome meeting regarding our included excursions and the hotel. Annapaula also changed the date of our trip to Pompeii to take account of weather conditions. Neevis, who did our island tour by coach was very informative and great.

I have recently returned from a 2 week stay in Kefalonia.
I was vey impressed with the hotel - my room was spacious and clean, the food was excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful.
The swimming pool was lovely and the view from there was stunning.
The transfers to and from the hotel went smoothly and the rep was charming and very helpful.
All in all, an excellent holiday and one that I'd be happy to recommend.

I have been on several of these holidays. Paul is usually on the phone reception and always very helpful about how many are going.
The choice of resorts is good.
I can fly from Bristol which is perfect for me.

Best singles company I have ever delt with - ring up and ask for Paul.
A real human to answer your questions, problems, worries. Nothing is a problem to him.
Do not be afraid to travel alone, Travel One sort all paperwork for you and when you arrive at your destinations airport there will be a connection taxi waiting for you to take you to your hotel.
You arrive easily and safely.
There you meet other guests who are also singles and embraced into the group.
Mix if you want, do your own thing if you want - you will have a great time on days/eves out together. Swimming sightseeing dancing singing bbq-ing beaching sailing etc etc. Solo ?? Dont miss out on good hols, ring Paul on Travel One, you will never regret it.

I was really impressed with Travelone. A really great customer experience. It’s so nice to deal with a real person rather than an automated answer system. Any queries or problems, just pick up the phone and you get through to a human being who is happy to help. How often does that happen? The hotel in Kefalonia was excellent, in a lovely location. And our local rep was great too. He went above and beyond to make sure we all had a great holiday. I’ll be booking all my solo trips with Travelone from now on.

I have just had the most wonderful holiday in Kefalonia. Everything was organised, all I had to do was turn up! The Hotel Asteris was fabulous with such friendly staff plus the group that went there with Travel One were lovely. Have made some good friends.
I cannot thank Paul (at Travel One) enough. He goes above and beyond to help clients. Nothing is too much trouble.

I’ve used TravelOne a few times now but my stay last week in Kephalonia at Asteris Hotel was the best yet. The hotel, views, friendly staff, Dimitris our courier, the people; all great. Paul was so helpful getting me and my friend sorted, thank you Paul. My only ‘complaint’? Food portions too big !! 👏👏👏👏

Been with "Travel one" generally twice a year for many years.good service and well organised by Paul at head office.Any singles venturing out alone for the first time would be well taken care of here

Paul managed to change our trip after the Covid travel plans were altered.
No problem to large or small for them!!

I have used this company many times over the years and have always had a great holiday with excellent customer service. Paul at Travelone is always hands on with any issues.

Just received my full refund from T1 as promised by Paul. The guy never lets you down. Great little company with that personal touch. Better value for money than some of the big boys in the singles holiday sector and very reliable. Thanks again Travelone and Paul.
