If I could give it no stars I would! The worst travel company we have ever dealt with! Ruined our holidays and still get away with it. Booked 2 weeks to Crete firstly they have booked me in for wrong dates to a hotel we really wanted after that the initial hotel was no longer available and had to book us last min somewhere else pretty much told us “take us to court we do not care here” and now we are in this horrible hotel on top of that 3 people in 1 room for a more expensive price. All I will say is never again the people there are useless and I will be seeking advice on how we can take this further companies like that should not operate

Mark called me to make sure we had all our paperwork ready for our holiday - was nice to get a call as if we had forgotten anything this would of given us a heads up - great service

I spoke to mark about my latest trip flights he was so helful and inothing was to much trouble thanks mark

Joshua was very professional, efficient, friendly and reassuring. We was confused with all the different company names but Joshua explained this to us. We have not dealt with any of your companies before.We are now very much looking forward to the holiday. Thank you very much Joshua.

Had an easy booking we decided to book a holiday a few hours before leaving so far so good :)

Booked with this company for a week away . I asked 4 times during the booking for priority boarding which I was told I had as the price went up with that and the transfer . We went to board the plane and was watched charged £39.99 per cabin luggage as priority not put on our booking and £92 coming back . I have booked lots of holidays and always book priority. First time booking with this company and last … please beware !

I was very surprised at how good the customer service has been for the price of our budget holiday good work
