Very easy to use this tool and shows you the hotels used before by your company and the flights that are accepted by your company, for example, economy but not business.
Would not recommend
Horrible customer service experience, the app had the wrong flight time on one screen and that resulted in an incorrect layover time on all screens.

I wouldnt even give 1 star. Terrible experience with their customer support. Something as simple as upgrading a flight has taken weeks. I've also been handed to about 12 different agents and its still not resolved. If you think you're using their service to streamline your bookings thing again. its easier to book yourself

Failure to book trip
When the trip went for approval the approver was told that the trip was no longer available. I tried twice - same thing. In the end our admin went in and booked it.

Hire Car collection options poor
There is not an option to have the hire cars dropped off or picked up from your home address and therefore you have to pay additional fees in taxis to collect the car.

Difficult,awkward, impossible to get right journey, more costly, no Mobile Wallet options
It was difficult and awkward to book my journey. I couldn't get the trains or route I wanted (they did exist). I couldn't get a simple Anytime Day Return. Journey worked out more expensive than a standard Day Return. Ended up with 4 split tickets for specific trains. Tickets sent as PDF and no option to add them to Apple Wallet so now I have to juggle 4 PDFs on my phone on travel days (I don't want to download THEIR app). Wasted a lot of time going back and forward on site trying to get the correct journey/trains I needed, never managed it. Will be booking with TrainLine next time and just expensing it back like I used to.

As a first time user, I found Perk pretty easy to use! Smooth approval process too.
Painfully slow in finding train times
Painfully slow in finding train times. When clicking about to find a good deal it took an extra minute to search every time i made a tiny tweak. Twice it suddenly announced there were no trains.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
This is the worst customer service ever!! and honestly is just a scam.
When I made the booking there was breakfasrt added and when i check in to the hotel they mention there was no breakfast added. Later when I contacted travel perk customer service it took forever for them to add something so simple. In fact the agent told me that they contacted the hotel and when I asked the hotel they said they never got any contact. So there is clearly a scam and god awful service.
Perk is the worst travel booking…
Perk is the worst travel booking platform I’ve used in my career (20+years). They take forever to confirm reservations you book and often times the price changes before they can confirm. Airline status benefits aren’t available on their platform meaning if you have free seat upgrades you can’t utilize or even confirm a seat in perk you have to wait and hope a seat is available on the airline site post booking. All of their agents are in Europe and they display zero sense of urgency. Their prices are much higher than booking direct with nearly all hotel providers and 3rd party sites. You pay a booking fee every single time you book every single transaction. AWFUL SERVICE AND PRODUCT.

I have now booked 3 work trips with Perk, incorporating flights, hotels and trains. It's a really user friendly platform, very straightforward and allows for easy comparisons. Once booked, I love that everything sits together in one app and I can see all elements of my trip in one place. It even updates the flight departure gate before the airline or the airport. It's a fantastic experience for travellers, I just wish I could use it for my personal travel as well!
