Bad service and customer service not…
Bad service and customer service not able to assist you (long time for answers and then no solution).
- price is much more than when you book directly
- you don’t have the benefit of the hotel chains or Booking.com program
- you face issue when you need to change a flight even of the airline allowed this but you cannot do with them

Comfortably the worst corporate travel…
Comfortably the worst corporate travel "service" I've ever used. Unacceptably slow service. Every single thing is easier and simpler to do yourself online directly with the airline or hotel. Complaints are met with fulsome apologies and platitudes aplenty, but no improved service. Definitely one to avoid.

What a disappointment
What a disappointment! I asked the "concierge service" to book a flight that was not available online (on Travel Perk, but easy to book on the Airline website). It took 3 days to get back to me, and guess what? There are no more seats available. Now I need to have a flight with a connection. I am furious! And there are no apologies, no places to raise a complaint. THEY DON'T CARE!

Every flight had a problem
So far there has been a problem with all three flights. They booked under my short name for 2 of them,claimed there were no extra leg room seats when in fact they were all free and failed to change the name for one of them quoting x3 their cheapest price to rebook. I regret enormously that our company has decided to use them. Booking is easy enough but heaven help you if you need to change or correct anything. The positive reviews are written by bots, the language and topics are a giveaway.

The customer service is really annoying and takes ages. I was stranded in Zurich during travels for hours, trying to resolve a cancelled flight... In the end the agency was not able to help me, and my company ended up paying way more for a different travel method, which I had to expense. The cancellation process was annoying, the last thing you need when travelling for business.
On another occasion they had rebooked my flight automatically to the worst time ever... which was too late and it took me hours to change the flight details... I ended up not going on my business trip after that...
I used to use Lanes & Planes in the past with my previous employer. They have excellent customer service and were always helpful.

Worst travel agency ever
Worst travel agency ever. They charge our company for the hotel booking on their system however have never made the payment to the hotel. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay again due to Travel Perk's inability.
Their 24*7 chat support is also a joke, especially when you travel internationally, the response is extremely poor and slow. Strongly recommend move away from such travel agency!

No Added Value, Only Disappointment
Agents provide inconsistent and misleading information. I relied on Travelperk’s customer service to reschedule a flight during a nationwide strike, and it’s been a nightmare.
They claimed they couldn’t get through to the hotline, yet it only took me 5 minutes to get through. Then, they lied about the hotline being closed when it clearly wasn’t.
Additionally, their rates are higher than booking directly with the operator.
This has been an awful experience. You can and should do better.

Lying about flights not being available…
Lying about flights not being available with Westjet and saying that their customer support line is down and can't rebook my flight. I called Westjet myself and found several flights available - customer support line was NOT down.
Terrible company and terrible support.

Don't believe their response. At best, they responded every 2.5 hours. On average, it was a minimum wait time of 12-24h response time.
My trip was from Feb 18 - Feb 22nd. When my departure flight was cancelled for Feb 18, these scholars said I was rebooked to depart to YEG on Feb 23, with my return trip home on Feb 22. Yes, you read that right. Departing on the 23rd, and return flight on the 22nd.
Upon asking for options, they said there were none. Went to Westjet.con > CX chat online > problem resolved in 30 minutes + free upgraded seats. It took TravelPerks several days just to provide a few responses, none of which were actually solutions. Just a bunch of "were sorry to inform you" responses.

No transparency regarding Cancellation Fees

Indeed the whole problem was the attendant who didn’t explain me that the fee was charged prior to the trip in order to be able to cancel. So when I cancelled, no new fee was added.
If they had explained that no problem would have happened. Leaving 4 stars because of the bad support at first.
I had a trip of 2 flights and 2 train tickets. In the return, I decided to not use the train, then I cancelled the ticket one day before in order to get the refund.
The price of the train ticket was 21.70 euros.
At no moment I received any kind of warning about any fees regarding this cancellation.
Then I cancelled. Only later, I saw in the platform that a 39 euros FlexiPerk fee was charged and I wasn't not warned anytime.
That's absurd for a platform to have such shady behavior.
In what world a person would pay 39 euros to have a refund of 21?
The platform lacks honesty and clarity with its users.
I talked through the chat and they said it's part of their policies and nothing could be done.
So they should review their policies or at least be transparent warning the users if they really want to pay to cancel anything on an order.

travel perk booked one of there clients into my venue for a nights stay now im having problems getting them to pay for the room furst there is a problem with the virtual card then they are finding every reason not to do a bank transfer
they also are booking through a 3rd party (Expedia) which the guest could have done themselves

Quick and Efficient Service, Great Pricing (when looking)
The TravelPerk Concierge team has helped quickly and efficiently book travel for me multiple times. I've also found prices to be very comparable across TravelPerk when comparing to other websites. When I have found lower pricing via Google/other travel websites, I have used the Concierge team to book at that pricing without issue. I highly recommend this (though I would plan to search elsewhere for each trip to confirm on pricing). Great service overall!

DO NOT USE TRAVELPERK
Required to use this company for work travel and they are an absolute joke. Prices are no better than directly booking a hotel or flight with the respective company. They tell you you can use your loyalty numbers to acquire points but after all is said and done they use 3rd party booking agencies (expedia, hotel.com, etc.) to book travel and as such you do not receive any points for the stays. I refuse to use them going forward and suggest companies stay away if they want to keep employees happy who have to travel and be away from their families.
