Finally a product that works for our small team

TravelPerk has served me and my organization better than other competitors that we've tried. I love that the platform is easy to navigate, and customer service is excellent. My only critique is that it sometimes seems like we're not seeing all the options that we would see if we went directly to the airlines. However, it has not impeded our ability to get itineraries as prices that work for us.

Great app and customer service but some train connections missing

I love TravelPerk and how easy it is to book and the customer service is great. Normally the booking process is easy, however sometimes I find difficulties showing all the train connections. E.g. if I use another app like the DB app, I can see more connections.

Upgrading seat

I reached out to upgrade my seat and was having issues doing it myself. Not sure why I was not able to do anything once ticket was issued compared to my colleagues on same flight. The attendant tried his best but it had to go through approval process. It would so much easier if I could have provided credit card and processed upgrade myself.

Quick and Easy

I used Travel Perk to expense a trip that I made with my job. The platform is very easy to use and user friendly so it's quite immediate to understand which steps to take in order to book the ticket and expense it.

One-Stop for all of your Corporate Travel needs

Having all of my travel needs in one place is amazing. I really enjoy that aspect of it. Customer service is always great. My only complaint is the third party vendors TravelPerk uses, they are not the best.

Personal touch

With internet based systems there are occasional problems arising that cannot be solved without a personal intervention. TravelPerk works great here. They either respond immediately or call back in a very short time. The staff shows great understanding and provide help when needed.

Great Support Team

I always use the TravelPerk to book a hotel or buy a train ticket.
It's really user-friendly and there is a great support team that does their best to help you and solve your problem, and they also update you about the latest changes as soon as possible.

I was charged one week in advance for a hotel room that was not available. The hotel said they advised the 3rd party booking service. Travelperk doesn't even do the booking, they contract that out to another service. Is this why their hotel rates are not very competitive?

Great work by Support Team!

When I had to change my flight dates due to an issue with the airline, TravelPerk support helped me well. They were proactive and it made my job a lot easier!
Kudos to the agents who helped me.

One thing to note is that my hotel stays aren't accruing points in the Hotel's loyalty programs. I think you need to look at that. This is for IHG as my last 2 stays did not give me any points.

easy peasy
