Service was great, but it was impossible to contact you by phone.
I had an issue with courier charging for every booking and wanted to reach you immediately (not via email) and couldn't. Finally you resolved the matter by refunding extra charges and emailing me. That was great. I will use your service again.

Office Address and option of taking the boat tickets from there
Hello,
I wanted to avoid the charging of a courier sending to me the boat tickets I wanted to buy. I also wanted to have in hand the tickets before I would come to the port in the day and time of the departure. The third option for me was to come to your office and take the boat tickets.
I was searching for your office address but could not find it anywhere in your website.
Also, (when I was about to buy the boat tickets) there was not the option of taking them from your office.
This is my only complaint.
Please add the option of taking the tickets from your office (wherever it is in Athens) and provide the address and the time I could come to take them.
