They helped me get a refund because my flight was supposed to be cancelled, then it didnt and a staff memeber never informed about it

They helped me get a refund as the my plane company refused to do it. They completely understood my case and fought for it until they won it. They event went to court and won the case. So, congratulations team! they are great, easy communication and quick response. Definitely recommend them for the future.

Compensation for canceling flight

Last summer I had unpleasant experience with WizzAir which had canceled my flight right during check-in in airport. The situation was not so unusual for them unfortunately. Though obviously they should have payed me compensation back our long emailing led to nowhere. Lucky me I found this Travel Refund company! Sure it took some time to get money from such corporation as WizzAir, but the main thing that I not only received back my expenses but some compensation as well.
Now I always recommend this company for those who might get in such troubles. Thank you so much and all the best :)

Travel refund has kept my money

We took a trip to Europe late last year and our flight home got canceled. I contacted Travel refund it took several months to be a refunded but eventually they did get my refund. My refund was awarded and they do have my money however they keep telling me that my bank account information is incorrect and they have yet to send me the money and it has been almost exactly one year since this happened. I have had my bank send me exactly the information that they would need to transfer the funds however they failed to do it each time. I have asked for a manager or supervisor to contact me. I have asked for the money to be sent in other ways such as Venmo or Zelle since they seem to have a problem with direct transfers. I am completely unsatisfied and I’m going to look into whether it’s worth hiring an attorney in that country to get my refund from these people. They are not the best at communication turn around time is long. I would have been better off contacting the airlines myself. I would not use again.

Happy customer

Communication was quick and straightforward, they've always let me know what has been going on. I'm really happy with the services, as all the communication with the airline and their whole approach was hell. I can only recommend TravelRefund.

This company appears to be a scam site…

This company appears to be a scam site - no communication with the company since November 2023 they do not reply to emails or chat. I believe this company is mostly likely closed down but still retains a presence online to extort money from travel customers through airlines. If you retain this company you relinquish your right to claim from the airline and they do not do anything to contact the airline. It has been a year awaiting €500 from delayed flights and no communication. Do not use this service go directly to the airline.
