We vacationed in Maui for my parents wedding anniversary. We reached out to the company since the website stated a wait list was already in place. Tyler did a wonderful job accommodating our luau adventure.
We had a group of 8 which included 4 children and 4 adults. We have 4 of us with a gluten allergy. We were sent a text confirming the allergy prior to the event.
Upon arriving at the luau, every person we spoke to was welcoming and enthusiastic. The 4 kids loved every moment. Our server, Amanda, was caring and kind. She took the time to share exactly what dish she was putting at the table and if it was gluten free or not. All dishes were delicious!
The luau itself was entertaining and captured our attention for the entire time.

Our large party easily booked the Luau at The Wailea Beach Marriott using the online system. We realized that we would like to be seated near each other. We reached out by text and Tyler came to the rescue! He gathered each of our individual bookings and got everything organized for us. He was even able to add three extra bookings during the process. He went above and beyond! We were so impressed with the level of communication and attentiveness so we went back to book the Molokini Crater & Turtle Arches Snorkel Cruise. We had an amazing time snorkeling. The crew were amazing and catered to every need. Even going through the difficult times with the Corona virus we felt safe and would recommend this company every time

We took the Pearl Harbor experience tour. There were only 8 people on our tour. It was great! Chris was a fantastic guide that gave us a perspective you can’t get from a self guided or audio tour. Booking was easy and they were readily available to answer any questions that I had. I would book with them again!!!

My daughter and I booked two tours direct from Australia for our holiday prior to coming to Hawaii in June. We had the most fantastic time with outstanding tour guides for Pearl Harbour and the Island Tour (with guide Nancy). We thoroughly recommend Travel Shack and hopefully one day we'll be back.

Used Travel Shack on our trip to Oahu, and Maui. Booked 3 events with them. Very friendly web site, and everything went without a hitch!
