We had a fantastic round trip from Birmingham to Manchester with this service. Our driver, Yasser, was exceptional. He was strictly on time for both the outbound and return journeys and waited for us patiently in Manchester. The car was incredibly comfortable and clean. Yasser himself was very kind, polite, and cooperative throughout the entire trip. We will definitely be booking with them again

We had a fantastic experience with our driver, Yasser, from Travel SOS today. He took our group of young people to Westminster Palace and provided an excellent service from start to finish.

Yasser was punctual, polite, and incredibly accommodating throughout the journey. He made everyone feel comfortable and ensured the trip ran smoothly, which was especially important when travelling with a group of young people.

His professionalism and friendly manner really stood out, and we’re very grateful for the positive experience he provided. We would highly recommend Yasser and Travel SOS, and would be more than happy to travel with them again in the future.

We used Travel SOS for transport too and from Cheltenham Festival, the service provided by Yasser was excellent, communicated with us the entire day and we would like to personally thank him for being patient with us, unfortunately one member of the party got injured which resulted in us having to stay behind a little longer which he was very understanding about

Booked a minivan back to London from Bham airport - really responsive and reasonably priced in booking. Our driver Yasser was very communicative especially as our flight was delayed. Coach was comfy and got us home in good time. Would highly recommend Yasser and Travel SOS to anyone!

Yasser was absolutely amazing. As a school, we felt completely safe throughout the journey, and his professionalism was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was 100% clear at all times, and he remained patient and calm even when timings overran. Yasser was extremely accommodating and ensured our needs were met every step of the way. Driver contact a day before travel to confirm itinerary and provide their contact details. Arrived on time for pick up. Drop off at airport no hassle, polite service. Pick up time on return journey 10 days later Driver advised arrival at terminal and awaiting our arrival. Same place as drop off. Polite professional, clean minibus. Could not ask for more, on time, reasonable price, excellent service. Thank you to everyone at Travel SOS for looking after our Family.

We’ve been using minibuses provided by Travel SOS for the past 5 years and each the time the service has been fantastic. Travel SOS provide first class service. We had a brilliant driver, Ali, who made sure we arrived on time at our destination and the customer service was great. Would definitely recommend Travel SOS to others.

Driver Ali was very friendly, responsive and helpful, we had an organised a day out in the Peak District with about 5 families that included Dove Dale and Matlock Bath. I would definitely use him again.

We hired a 16 seater minibus for a daytrip to Hampshire. The booking team are very polite and helpful and made the whole process easy. The minibus itself was stylish and new, lovely and clean and very comfortable. We had a wonderful female driver who was very accommodating and professional. Overall a great experience.
