Fantastic Service !

Fantastic Service !! Over the past few years have used this business for some required bits and pieces. Last purchase was a bag. I ordered the bag on the 5th of Feb, and it arrived at my door on the 6th of Feb. Unbelievable considering it was shipped from Vic to Qld. Where I live in Qld there are only flights to Brisbane. So within 1 day of shipping via a couple of airports, that's fantastic!! The bag is amazing and the unexpected super fast shipping was greatly appreciated. Thank you !!

Best for Sea to Summit Gear!

I have mad quite a few large purchase with Travel Universe and the team provided fantastic customer service, calling me to confirm I was a real person and then helped me amend one item to a different size. Sleeping bag came non compressed (in stuff sack) but is storage bag. That is a HUGE tick in my book. Packed well in a soiled box, good time frame for delivery and they have best prices on Sea to summit gear!
