Outstanding service all round! Particularly impressed with how communicative they are at all stages of the process, assigning an actual "human" to answer questions and guide us through the process. Good afternoon Valerie, the FedEx envelope with both passport and certificate has arrived today before noon. I want to thank you very much for how you coordinated the application process, how you kept me updated every single step of the process, and how you communicated promptly when the originally scheduled appointment office was closed for inadequate staffing and they moved us to another location where it was "walks-in" only and you were able to get another appointment on another location without wasting minutes... We practically were kept informed while waiting in the car at the appointment parking lot. Botto line, I got the FedEx within less than ten days since I had provided the naturalization certificate. That's what I call an extraordinary assistance. This time it was for my wife's application. Last year I applied for my passport and I received a similar assistance by another of your teams.
