DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!
Haven’t received my items after 3 months of chasing as it takes them weeks to reply to emails. I asked for a refund and was told all sales are final so no refund!!! They will take your money, not supply the goods then pass on any responsibility. SCAMMERS!!!!

Just received the McDonald's hoody and tee after 3 months of waiting. Charged import taxes which was never mentioned when purchasing. Quality of the items is the worst I have ever seen, you wouldn't pay for clothes like this from a discount store, let alone at the cost they are charging for Travis Scott items. Hoody is ripped with wonky lettering and the tee looks like it has been worn 500 times with discoloured patches. Too late now but moving forward avoid TS drops until they sort their quality out!

i placed an order in April 2020 and it is now 12/14/2020 and i still have not received the Nerf gun i ordered for my son!!! First i thought it would be a birthday present....then i thought ok i will let him enjoy during the summer......now it looks like it won't even be a christmas present!!!! I will never place an order for anything related to Travis Scott!!!

Ordered Sept. 15th... going on 11 weeks now... still nothing... worst shipping/response time EVER.

It’s a total joke. They are trying to fool customers. I had my cousin helped me who works from UPS and they said claim takes 2-3 months and it’s the shipper’s fault. I ordered 3 shirts and received 2. I sent proofs and stuff but they keep saying the same thing over and over that doesn’t even help. No sorry, no replacement. I guess they be fooling off every order. The last email I sent they left no reply. Can somebody just sue this company.

First and last time I will order from Travis Scott anything. Ordered since September 8th 2020 and still waiting. First customer service said 4-8 weeks. Now it’s pass 8 weeks, now they say 8-12 week... this is how they treat final sale customers.

Never buy on cactus jack!!!!! I bought 2 shirts and a hat, never got my hat and they’re customer service is terrible. Told me I have to open a claim with ups even though they did not put the hat in the package. Never buy off travis scott

They never give back your money,also you never get items!!! I lost almost 227,52USD(as €213,56)from them. I was ordered in Feb. in website, because of the Covid-19 everything is all blocked in Italy, waitting more than 7 months, in September the Milan customs contacted us ask us to pay 180 euros for the customs duty!! We don't want to pay the exaggerated tax because is exceeded its value. The goods came backto them. Their services answer my e- mail , told me [As stated on our site customer is responsible for any custom fees upon arrival], What disgusting answer! Travis Scott don't want to give me back my 200 euros. I shouldn't pay the goods never get it. The worst shopping exprsence with them.

Yeah i ordered some of the mcdonalds merch. some of the items finally came after 2 months. The quality is absolutely awful, i could make a better shirt for $5. seriously im so dissatisfied with my purchase and will never purchase from the company again. And im still waiting for 2 more shirts. so not sicko mode.

I ordered August 27 and paid $99.99 US for a hoodie. I have not received as of yet it will be 4 months tomorrow. I have written the company twice now. I hope to receive a refund but if not I will write another very negative feed back.

Just went through with PayPal, explained the whole ordeal with them and got my money back. i suggest you do the same if you re frustrated!

I ordered a shirt in September, when i reached out about it in October. It was all of a sudden sent out. Unfortunately my post office sent it back to the sender because of a miss spelling. When I asked to resend my shirt, I was told I was going to have to pay for shipping again! When I said I wouldn't pay for shipping again I never heard form them again. I have sent 4 emails and no response!

How the hell they take over 2 months to send out items and send WRONG ITEM. What a shame seriously...

If I could give zero stars I would. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality and service of this company. This is one of those celebrity name slapped on an overpriced product kind of thing. The quality is extremely bad, looks like something you could get from wish or ally express. The order came 2 months later and the website lacks customer service to either cancel or get a refund. I cant believe I wasted $80 on a sweatshirt I’m probably not going to wear in public... extremely disappointed.

I just got my shirt today that I ordered in September. It took forever to be delivered and the quality was complete crap. Nothing is embroidered or stitched it’s straight up pressed on graphics that someone could make with a shirt press for less than $5. Don’t get me wrong the design of the shirt is dope but the quality is just cheap I mean I just spent about $60 on that shirt! So the quality of the clothes and the time it takes for delivery isn’t worth your money. Don’t buy Cactus Jack x McDonald’s merch unless you wanna be disappointed. To say the least it was a scam and I hope action is taken against the company.

Ordered the McDonald’s gear sept 18th!
I contacted them a month later and they told me they had 5 weeks before they were obligated to give me a shipping confirmation.Really!!! I contacted them again last week and silence! This is a huge scam and legal action should be taken against them!

Man, this sucks writing because I was pumped up about the McDonald’s Merch, unfortunately after 2 months I’m just annoyed.

Products arrived quickly (knew there would be a 6 week wait until dispatch anyway) but if you live abroad (not in the USA) beware because you will be slapped with a big customs bill. This also included a bill from UPS just to get my items through customs. I can see this was in terms and conditions, but UPS didn't notify me of this at all, and both Travis Scott and UPS should make it a bit more clear, so when someone turns up at your door, asking for money, you don't think it's a scam!

Why can’t I cancel my order right after a mistake and stop with the generic responses smh.
