I ordered on Dec 21, 3024. As of this date May 3rd I have not received my merchandise. They did charge my account as soon as I ordered. Have been in constant contact with the company and all they say is they do not issue refunds. This constitutes a scam and fraud according to the Federal Trade Commission. Hopefully they will investigate. The point is, the company should issue refunds as they did not send the merchandise. This is a point that they do not understand.

I bought the Travis Scott Argentina jersey a while back and it still hasn't came and on the website it told me that it's already been delivered although I have received nothing. All i asked for was a refund although they blamed it on the ups side and vise versa.

Been waiting on my order for 5 months now. I tried asking them for a refund they refused. I’m thinking maybe my bank can dispute it. This is horrible never ordering from them again

Been waiting on my clothes for 4 months it’s to the point where I feel we need to take legal action because they not following there policy at all

If I could give zero stars I would! Ordered pants for son that were 172.00 and have yet to receive anything. They have run me in circles telling me they were sorry and created a new order number and telling me they have had a hard time getting the materials to fulfill orders. Awful business!

I see a lot of bad reviews of no one getting their order or bad customer service. I agree and disagree. The service was terrible like they did not answer any of my mails. However the order was shipped after 8 weeks what was the deal. If people don’t know how to read…..

I ordered 2 pairs of the Nike Zoom Field Jaxx. They didn't arrive and i got 2 utopia sweaters. I paid 320,- euros... Don't buy here. Cheap qualitiy and poor costumer service. Travis is goat btw.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I purchased the cactus jack sweatshirt for almost $90 then spent another $20 on shipping. First had issue with payment and they never responded to my repeated requests about whether the purchase was truly processed. Was very surprised when it arrive. However, the sizing was enormous and am trying to return the item and purchase in a smaller size. There has been NO response from "customer service." Tried multiple times but they do not respond. Would love for someone from their organization to reach out. Please take responsibility for your work!

I ordered a limited edition vinyl lp of "Days before Rodeo"
When it arrived the LP had cut through both the inner and outer sleeve, I reported this to Cactus Jack Store, with several pictures on the damages, but in every answer from them i basically got one and same response, "
"All packaging/vinyl sleeves are protected against damage. We cannot replace or repair damaged packing"
I wrote to them several times, but same they gave answer over and over again, just beeing complete dicks about it

Ordered end of September with 4-6 weeks shipping and received December, and they only shipped the item AFTER I emailed them asking where it was which was 8 weeks from the purchase. I received the item 6 weeks late and I am extremely disappointed, the quality feels cheap, customer service is awful, I would never buy from here again. This was an awful experience, they have ignored my emails but they were able to reply to my bank.

wrote wrong shipping address on my parcel and they just pin responsibility on the courier and not themselves who made the error it's ridiculous. take 4 months to send my parcel with a "ships in 2-4 weeks" I wouldn't have bought otherwise and they still managed to get it wrong

If I could give Travis Scott Merch zero stars, it would be too many! I’ve ordered 3 item's from Travis Scott. First was a Cactus Jack T-shirt, second was a sweatshirt from his college collaboration with Clemson. Both orders were fine. This time I ordered a $119.00 AstroWorld sweatshirt and it wasn’t worth the plastic it came in! The material is cheap polyester. There are no tags on the inside other than a size sewn crooked. I have emailed support 3 times with no response. I’ve called the phone number for customer service and no ever answers.

Still have not received soccer jersey I ordered and it has been more than the 4-6 weeks that was stated on my receipt. Sent the company and email and only got an automated response. Still waiting and out over $100. Do not recommend. Sure hope I get it before Christmas but at this point not sure it will ever come.

I ordered my hat last drop on May 9th and still have yet to receive it. I have sent emails and I cannot get an answer as to when they're going to ship. At this point I feel like this is all a scam and I got robbed by a crappy company and Travis Scott

It's a SCAM website. Stay away from anything that says Travis Scott or CACTUS JACK.

For the last 8 months I've been receiving email notifications about a purchase from this website, which I haven't made. Their customer support ignores this but my email and possibly other credentials are being used on their website.

When I pressed pay up on the website the site told me that my credit card information was wrong. I tried rewriting it and pressed pay up again and for the second time it was wrong. Later on I found out the money still went off. I tried contacting the support but it felt like I was getting answers with AI. They gave me the same answer 2 times and they weren’t helpful and at one point they just stop mailing me.

Item was supposed to ship over a month ago. Still hasn’t shipped, horrible service with vague responses and won’t just cancel/refund order. Then bc I emailed multiple times looking for resolution they sent me an email saying item shipped and provided tracking number. 1 week later and item still hasn’t shipped, just shows that shipping label created.

Worst company to order from. I had ordered a shirt in May it’s now July and I haven’t received any information when I will get my order in. 2 months of waiting for a shirt is ridiculous. Please be aware before ordering anything from this website.
