Great job by grace, at first I was nervous about the booking but Gracy made the experience easy. Gracy followed up several times and when our flight was delayed she called to make sure we were taken care of. She is definitely a team player 5 stars

Oh my god I have to give a great review for this place! Everything was paid as they said it was! Alicia Gomez is one of the most kind and helpful people in the world! Obvi 3rd party, so I was quoted incorrectly with some timing! But with flights it be like that! I called a couple times stressing and they constantly reassured me. And bada bing bada boom, I’m flying to Vegas and back for half the price of booking through the flights website! Trust the process! And they tell you to too! They came through with significant follow up! Especially for someone high up in Dallas with hospitality

The process was fast and easy..even more convenient than booking with the actual airline..I was a bit nervous at first due to the process is a bit different than normal..but everything was exactly as Jenny Smith my sales rep promised..she even got me a few extra deals on top of saving me hundreds of dollars..definitely will be back and I would recommend Jenny Smith as she went above and beyond to assure my flight was a breeze!

I would give it a zero if I could. I purchased 2 tickets & was told I would get an email
With the e-tickets the day before & they would check us in. Day before i called & emailed the young lady Patricia as I never got the E-tickets & was told not to worry they will come through at midnight. Day of flight I called & was told there was a computer problem &I would have the tickets by noon but they never showed. Called & asked to speak with a supervisor & supposedly I spoke to 2 different ones. The lady war beyond rude & tells me there was a glitch in the system & we didn’t have seats & now it 5 hrs before my paid in full flight. She then proceeds to tell me I could get to seats but needed to pay 290 more per ticket. I was livid & said no I already paid for my flight & it’s not my problem there was a glitch someone needed to figure it out. Her response was well we don’t have a flight for you so do you want a credit or a refund SO FLAT OUT RUDE!!! THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I asked to speak with someplace her & she gave me to Michael which pretty much said sorry we don’t have a seat for you & we can issue a full refund.. I was at a loss with no apology, solution or compensation for such a terrible expirence no 5 hours before we were suppose to fly out .. I will definitely be reaching out to BBB & even speak with an attorney to see what my options are. . I also emailed Patricia the agent I purchased from the beginning & she never responded till the day after we weee suppose to fly out. Funny how she kept asking me to make sure I do the review & give her a good rating which I didn’t & so glad I waited.

Travodeals is a got damn scam if you landed on this website don’t book with them. They canceled three flights on us and TSA and Indianapolis took our fake plane tickets that they sent to them n we are now stuck at airport stranded

We did not get pass the boarding to aboard or plane tsa immediately told us we been scammed n the ticked that travodeals sent to them was bogus asf please yall don’t book with them , don’t listen to that gracymendez neither they all scammers be aware yall tsa in Indianapolis was saying the same stuff be careful n order tickets through regular airlines not through 3rdparty people…

Super sketchy. Bait and switch. You’ll wonder if you have been scammed. Was quoted one price then texts and a phone call with someone texting and speaking very broken English and constantly calling me ‘dear’ led to another price twice as much as the original ticket I booked. We did still get tickets at a decent price but you won’t get your boarding passes until the last moment. We got our passes after midnight only to find our flight had been changed to three hours earlier from 8p up to 5p so had to shift my whole day around to get to the airport in time. Thankful we actually got a flight but will never book with them again.

Fred was great! Spoke with him multiple times almost every time he delivered! He was even able to accommodate my missing a flight and book us on a later flight for not much more. Unfortunately though when i called back after not recieving boarding passes Fred was no longer available.. what happen next was insane and aweful simon was holding my boarding passes for ransom untill i submitt a 5 star review with 5+ lines of positive feedback and sent him a screenshot! My flight departed in an hour! I grudgingly did so... then he wanted another before he would send me my boarding passes! I only Recieved 2 out of 5 of my boarding passes. I have yet to recieve a refund

She made sure i was able to be there for my daughter when she got off the bus from her competition. This helped my stress and gave me peace of mind, so i could take care of my commitments. I would recommend Travo Deals and Patricia to anyone wanting a pleasant -stress free trip. I will now call her for all my travel needs because i know she will always look out for me and get the best deals she can. I think if there were more advisors like her, traveling could be fun again and not so stressful. I give the company and her professionalism 10+ stars. Annie & Kevin were absolutely amazing to work with. From start to finish, they were professional, organized, and genuinely cared about making sure everything turned out perfect. They were easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If I could give 0 stars I certainly would.
Initially I purchased one leg of my flight from this company.
Immediately after the purchase they called me to tell me that one of my three tickets was confirmed but the other two tickets could not be confirmed at the price Going round and round with them trying to cancel the entire purchase proved impossible. I reluctant paid the new price which essentially doubled the cost.
Today I went to check in with the airline. My son’s name was incorrectly sent to the airline as his first and middle name only. His middle name was entered as his last name.
I called the airline to correct the problem but was informed that the ticket could not be changed and that is was not valid due to the name error.
I was forced to purchase another ticket directly from the airline for travel tomorrow.
When I called traveodeals they told me all I had to do was present his ID at the ticket desk to correct the problem. They will not offer any refund for their error in creating my son’s ticket with the incorrect information.
I will never do business with travodeals again. If I were looking for airfare deals I’d suggest staying as far away as you can from this company.
Terrible customer service for a problem they created and absolutely no accountability fix the problem other than for me to go to the airport and plead my case even when the airline has already told me that ticket would not be accepted.
Do not use this company for travel. Chances are high they will rip you off as well.

Jenny Smith is great! She has helped us with all of our bookings. We have not encounter any issues and we have booked multiple trips these past few months. I Will continue to book with her for all my trips.
