I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Travosearch, and I strongly advise other customers to be cautious before booking through this company.
They advertise flight tickets at very attractive prices. However, shortly after completing the booking and making the payment, I was contacted and told that the flight was fully booked or that the price had suddenly changed. Despite making the payment, I did not receive a confirmed ticket, and getting my money back became a serious concern.
I was also worried about the possibility of additional charges when contacting the company again. What made the situation even more frustrating was the concern that my bank might refuse to reimburse me because I had authorized the original transaction myself.
My advice to other customers: Be extremely careful before providing your payment information or booking through this company. Always verify that your ticket is confirmed and that the final price is guaranteed before paying.
If you have already paid and have not received the service you purchased, contact your bank or credit card provider immediately and ask about your options for disputing the transaction and protecting your account as lost card or customer protection paying for no service or goods.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking with Travosearch. Customers deserve transparent pricing, reliable bookings, and refunds when the promised service is not provided.
