Avoid this company – dishonest practices and no real customer service
I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a hairstyler which did not match expectations, so I followed their return instructions and sent it back to China. The return cost me a lot – including shipping fees and import/customs charges – but I was willing to pay just to get a refund.
However, the company refused to accept the return once it arrived in China. They simply did not pick it up, even though the tracking clearly showed it was delivered. As a result, I got no refund at all and lost all the money I spent.
To make matters worse, their so-called "customer service" is a joke – it’s just automated AI replies, and no real person ever responds or helps. There is no accountability, no responsibility, and clearly no interest in treating customers fairly.
This company operates in a highly unprofessional and dishonest way. I strongly recommend avoiding them. Spend your money elsewhere.
