I’ve used Saffron Walden Treadfirst for a no of years as always find their service and pricing very competitive. My most recent visit for an MOT was a challenge due to issues with my car but they were so helpful and directed me to the best way to get the work completed - they were very accommodating with the retest and fitted me in as soon as they could. Brandon was absolutely brilliant with the customer service and was so helpful to support along each step making a stressful experience (due to my car) as stress free and smooth as possible. All the team were great, and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend if you want an honest garage in SW with superb and efficient service, thank you.

Absolutely the best! Treadfirst are reliable and have helped me out of a tight spot on several occasions, including MOT. The team is always efficient and helpful, they show genuine concern for their customers and have completed any work (on my 2008 Peugeot) on time. Great communication too. I highly recommend.

Hit a pot hole, car felt wrong. Took it to Treadfirst to have wheel tracking checked. Car still didn’t feel right after so booked into local garage for investigation and MOT which was done today as assumed something else wrong. Failed MOT due to massive bulge in tyre. Not impressed that this was not picked up when they did the tracking, especially as I told them why I wanted the tracking checked in the first place. Spoke to them today, they suggested as 9 days had passed I had probably hit another pot hole which isn’t true. Won’t be returning there which is a shame as I like to support local firms

Turbo replacement. I could not fault the team in any way. From the Front desk to the team in the workshop. They were all very customer focused and personable.
