Extremely responsive!! Not all companies who sell parts understand the value of quality service. Treadmill doctor does! This is a valuable resource in the world's exercise equipment sales and service industry! Thank you for what you do, it means a great deal.

Had to test the customer service at treadmill doctor recently and I must say that I was blown away by the outstanding service. I have to mention Elizabeth W. whom tirelessly worked to provide the right part that I required after a mistake was made by shipping the wrong one. Thanks again for the stellar customer service.

They saved me $1,000. I also am not handy and I thought the belt was too short. They told me how to make it work.

Steve from Treadmill Doctor contacted me today and expressed their concern for how my situation was handled. He explained the situation to me in a compassionate manner and did everything possible to remedy my situation. This is the type of service I am accustomed to with Treadmill Doctor. Because of this I will continue to use them for my exercise equipment repairs and questions. Thank you so much Steve for your assistance and consideration in handling this matter.

I recently purchased a treadmill deck from Treadmill Doctor to replace a broken deck on my Pacemaster Platinum Pro VR Treadmill. I received the deck and was able to install it with minor modifications to the bolt holes in the new deck, which did not exactly line up as expressed they would by Treadmill Doctor. Following the installation, when attempting to walk or run on the deck there seems to be a knocking and squeaking sound coming from the deck. I tried to find where this noise was coming from and was not able to locate it. After a few days of checking, I hired a treadmill service tech to look at the issue and was advised that the new deck is not the same thickness as the deck that was originally installed on the Pacemaster treadmill, which could be the cause of the knocking and squeaking sounds in the new deck. As this is an older treadmill, I did not want to invest more money in servicing and repairing the treadmill than it would cost to purchase a new one. I contacted Treadmill Doctor to see what my options are regarding the purchased deck. This is the reason I gave Treadmill Doctor a one-star review. As I have ordered from Treadmill Doctor in the past and have had great service and assistance, as they always bent over backwards to help remedy my treadmill repairs with parts and/or recommendations to solve the problems. However, this time Treadmill Doctor fell completely short in the customer care department. I contacted Jim, the original sales representative I dealt with when I placed the order, to see what my options were as I was now stuck in between a rock and a hard place with the treadmill deck. I advised him of what the treadmill service repair tech had said, who came out to service my treadmill, and what he felt the problem may be. The response I received from Jim was, "Well, we've been selling these for 25 years and never had a problem." I asked him if he may have an idea as to what the sound was, or what my options were moving forward, and was advised, "I have no idea why there is a sound or what it could be, and as far as options, you don't have any as you shaved the bolt holes to get the board to fit." That was it, no guidance, and no consideration as to what was going on with the deck or how to resolve it. In dealing with Treadmill Doctor in the past, I was very surprised at the very short and curt "not our problem" response that came from him. They have always been great with help in the past, but not this time. I sincerely hope this was a one-time issue, as it did leave a bad taste in my mouth, and next time I may look for different service options for my exercise equipment.

Although I was having some trouble with a new treadmill motor. I was so very impressed when I received a call about my concerns. The support person to whom I talked helped me work through the problem so impressively. It was most appreciated.

I ordered and received a running belt for my Nordic treadmill. Once received, I had it professionally installed. The installer told me when installing it that the thickness and quality seemed excellent but the width of the belt was off by a very short margin, that he could still install it and I would be able to use it, but he was concerned that if it stretched after a year or two of use, that he wouldn't be able to adjust and I need to order a new one. I reached out to treadmill doctor by text (they texted me the tracking number of my order), I told them of the situation and that since I would be able to use it to simply note for my file what happened, so that if the belt did stretch and break prematurely, that they would keep that in mind when pricing my replacement belt... The treadmill doctor texted me shortly after that they will be sending me a replacement belt, free of charge. Completely unexpected and greatly appreciated.
They stand behind their products with extremely responsive customer service. That and quality products is all a client can reasonably ask for.
Thank you to the customer service team,
Greatly appreciated!

I contacted The Treadmill Doctor online looking for parts for my nearly 10 year old treadmill and advice: were the parts even available and could the average bear with tools but no repair manual replace the worn parts. Steve was extremely responsive. He answered all my questions, gave me a link for the parts and said, yes, the average homeowner with common tools could do the job. All this happened in one business day. Outstanding customer support and much appreciated.

order a part and received a wrong part after 6 month.
these guys are not responsible for their mistake.
Oh yeah, they gave me a refund 40 days after I sent the part back and a bunch of follow up emails, and they didn't provide a shipping label or take care of the return fees while it was not my mistake, although they tried to convince me I ordered a wrong part!

I had to replace the motor in a Pacemaster treadmill. As Pacemaster is no longer in business, I expected a tough time trying to find a motor. Treadmill Doctor a) had the motor, b) shipped it to me quickly, and c) had step-by-step instructions on exactly how to do the replacement. Absolute piece of cake!

We couldn't be more pleased with the service and support we received from Myra and Doug at Treadmill Doctor when our Spirit treadmill started tripping its breaker and stopped working. After spending $275.00 plus dollars to have a local treadmill retailer come out to our house to claim, after learning it was 25 years old, that our treadmill was most likely "irrepairable," I called Spririt who then suggested that I contact the Treadmill Doctor because, as the representative from Spirit suggested, Treadmill Doctor was my best shot at saving our "relic."
I hesitated calling not only because of the experience described above but I because I began to question whether I would be throwing good money after bad . . . so, two days later, I called the Treadmill Doctor, and three words . . . BEST DECISION EVER!
The bottom line is that our 25 year-old Spirit treadmill, heretofore pronounced "dead" by "experts" in our area, was on it's way back to life due to the Treadmill Doctor and we couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with the results! You see, not only did Myra and Doug from Treadmill Doctor have extensive knowledge about treadmills, but they had extensive knowledge and EXPERIENCE with OUR treadmill and they were more than willing to share what they could with us because they knew what I had suspected all along and that was that our Spirit SR275, although expensive at the time, was not dying, not even close. In addition to their knowledge, they were kind and patient with us over the next few days as we worked with them via speakerphone, texts and emails to identify the problem, order the CORRECT replacement part and ultimately guide us, step-by-step in replacing the part and recalibrating our machine.
Not only is our treadmill operating properly now, I'm confident that it's got another 25 years yet to go!
So, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Treadmill Doctor who not only helped us fix our treadmill but through their help and patience, Doug and Myra helped us regain some of that trust we had lost in "our fellow man" through the experience mentioned above.
Thank you Myra and Doug; thank you Tteadmill Doctor.
Sincerely,
Jim & Tim

I had great service and technical support to replace a control board in an old treadmill. From the first phone call, I spoke directly to a competent technician who helped me order the correct part. It was easy to replace with their instructions, and it was nice to be able to call and speak to a technician that knew what they were talking about -- not just reading helps from a screen. I received the part quickly and my machine was up and running in no time. Much less expense than buying a new treadmill, and less waste in the junk yard!

Edited for accuracy:
Ordered a part in January with an estimated delivery date of 2-3 weeks (a front roller) and it has been out of stock with no real updates. Each time I inquire I just get a message that it should be in stock "next month". They happily charged my card before letting me know the part was not in stock and they can not provide me with a firm time that it will be sent to me. Keep in mind I also paid for 2 day shipping, it has now been 2+ months... How is this acceptable?
My most recent "update" states it's expected arrival of late March early April. Why not put "out of stock" on the part listing online to save customers the frustration of waiting 4+ months for their product to arrive?

I found and ordered a replacement belt for a treadmill. Their website was easy to use, the order was quickly processed and shipped, and it was exactly what was needed. I am back on the treadmill.

Good folks. Genuinely concerned about helping you resolve the problem with the treadmill. I would deal with them again.

Excellent customer service. The representative was able to easily identify exactly which part i needed, after I previously purchased the wrong part on my own.
Shipping was quick and the communication was superior. I highly recommend.

Ordered the wrong size belt initially and was worried about a return, but not an issue at all. I shipped back the wrong size one and the right size one literally showed up the next day. Awesome service and new belt works great.

Unfortunately, due to COVID, I let my warranty expire on my treadmill. I called to arrange a yearly service on my treadmill in 2021, but when I called to arrange my service for 2022, I was told they no longer serviced my area. They referred me to several other people/companies, but it seemed that no one would return calls, emails or requests for service. I have to believe it was because it was for a service for 1 treadmill in a residence and not for a business. I then decided to order parts and service it myself. I ordered parts from the Treadmill Doctor. I received an email (Jim VonWiegen) within hours regarding my order and received another email when my order shipped (10/17/22). I received my order on 10/21/22 @ approx. 1:30PM. By 1:40PM, I emailed Jim to let him know I thought I might have ordered the wrong part. He responded back to me within 1/2 hour and after several quick emails back and forth, he let me know I had not ordered the wrong part and stated a new order was being shipped out. All of this took place before 4PM on the same day. Thank you to Jim VonWiegen for the excellent customer service. I wish I had this same service in CT when I tried getting this serviced.

Got a rescue kit for my old Nordic track treadmill from this company. For relatively low cost, it brought my dead treadmill back to life. Gotta admit the install wasn't that simple, but their customer service guy, Mike Easterling, was tremendous, no matter how many times I had to call with questions.
