Called yesterday after my tyre went flat. I spoke to a few other companies, but TreadXTyres were brilliant.
I spoke to Kim, who ordered a new Michelin Cross Climate (at a good price too).
James came today to fit it and a corroded valve made it quite a difficult job, but he sorted it and was absolutely brilliant. The weather was freezing today up in the Peak Park, but James was cheery and hugely helpful.
Good service like this is to be hugely valued. I am massively impressed with TreadXTyres!

Absolutely brilliant! James, who fitted my new tyre, was fantastic! Checked all my tyres and fitted a new one after a puncture. Couldn’t believe how quick the service was. After ringing and speaking to a lovely receptionist, James arrived at my house within 30 minutes! He couldn’t have been more polite and saved me from having the stress of trying to get my car to a garage. Thank you so much James and all of the staff at Tread X Tyres. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone.

Please save your time & money ... I ordered 2 tyres only received 1, when I called they was totally unprofessional, accusation that I had stolen the tyre I hadn’t received even though I had reported to police & had crime number etc. It has taken numerous phone calls to the company, courier eBay & PayPal.
No customer service totally unprofessional & rude I only awarded 1 star as zero stars was not an option

Went here think I got a puncture ss my tyre was flat but I hadn't. Very helpful staff explained my issue and sorted for me no problems.
Defo recommended and shall be returning myself when I need to.

Had my tyres fitted here a couple of days ago, it was busy but what a great place to get your tyres fitted, quick and efficient service from both the fitters and the office staff, friendly and helpful!! would use again.

I visited here yesterday, its was very busy so it shows how popular this place is, there was a lovely friendly lady in the office who advised me on the best tyres to have, very competitive prices and lovely fitters who were also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Tread X Tyres.

Had 4 tyres fitted polish man damaged all 4 wheels On my car well he sounded polish Had a quick look in the tyre area not fit for a rat never mind a human tyres left out side in all weather this cannot be good for the shelf life of the tyre staff in office demanded money before work was done even though I was up the road off site waiting my turn in the line will not be going back take my advice stay away from this shoddy company joke of a company I am going to report to tradeing standard would give 0 stars if I could

I only gave 1 star as it doesn't give option for no stars i had 2 front tyres fitted Friday and the guy who fitted our tyres was a foreign guy and has done a poor job getting my wheels on and off he has damaged my lock key plus cross threaded my nut to my hub also I went in with 4 nuts to come back home with only 3 nuts due to his work I have now got replace my passenger front hub and bearing and also buy a new nut and lock key absolute joke when u take ur vehicleto be looked after and fitted professionally when we took it to another garage to have work done there was another girl who had exact same problem who went to this place for tyres had same guy fit it and did the same thing and only left 2 nuts on her tyres unexectable

Bought 4 tyres on ebay from this company. Now i know cheap remolds , as later down the listing it says remolds. My local large tyre company fitted. two tyres burst at rim, other 2 would not balance as out of alinement. garage said worse cheapies he had ever seen.The remolds against their recommendation were fitted to the rear and I had to buy two new tyres for the front. Contacted TreadxTyres, and expecting a kind reply and perhaps an amicable result, no help at all. My opinion is once they got ya money thats it. I would have thought any reputatble company i would would assist and nip a complaint in the bud. Reporting to trading standards and tv program for investigation.
