First purchase from Treasure Box, I would not hesitate to order from them again. Arrived just over a week later in Sth Island so I thought that was great for a Pre Order. The unit is very cute, sturdy, and perfect size for my daughter as her room is quite small and it's a really good depth as doesn't stick out too far but holds a lot. My older daughter wants one now. Very happy, really cute style. Thanks

The entertainment unit is exactly like the picture. It took us 4-5 hours to put together. You definitely need 2 people to Assembly it. Shipping was fast I ordered it last week Tuesday and it was delivered within 2 days.

I love my new unit especially with the lights. I would highly recommend and will definitely purchase more products from treasure box.

3 stars are for the stock and commitment of the business towards customers and not a 5 star rating because those 2 stars were entirely for Customer service satisfaction during a visit to the store. A very bad attitude very lazy to communicate , arrogant behaviour it was not a nice experience at all. A very inexperienced interaction while there were the economical options but the attempt was to just sell what was benificial for the salesman. The store was really impressive and really nice. The misleading information was about dryers that all of them take 2-3 hours and are really slow

My daughter loving it

These took two of us three hours to put together. Impressed with the quality however a couple of parts were labeled incorrectly and a couple of errors on the instruction manual which had us having to undo steps. Overall happy with the quality and how big they are in person.

Lack of communication with receptionist. Luckily there was another young lady that knew what was happening. Other than that maybe having Afterpay on site would be good or atleast write on the website stated that you don’t do Afterpay in store ..

No one was home and the delivery people put my packages safely in the backyard under cover.

Great prices and range of products.
However all the click n collect notifications never displayed an address of where Treasure box was. That would have been helpful.
Only had it in tiny print on the first order confirmation form.

I placed this order a long time ago and I still haven’t received it. There has been no update on the tracking, no information about where my package is and no estimated delivery date.
