Toughout storm - New covers
Toughout storm - replacement canopy and walls. Mine has been out in the garden for 4 years - rain, wind and cyclones. Amazing ans it still wasn't leaking! - anyhow decided it was time to replace the covers - It is Tough Out! Thanks for a good price and super fast delivery.

Bad customer service, still waiting for my delivery refund.
Order number: TBS62083
When we placed the order, we were advised that it would arrive within 3–5 days. However, after waiting the entire week, we received an email from the delivery company advising that the delivery would take more than a week. As we needed the bed urgently, we had no choice but to arrange to pick up the order ourselves from the warehouse on 03/09/26
Given that we paid $99 for delivery, despite ultimately having to collect the order ourselves, we emailed them asking for a refund, however they stopped replying, and we have not received any refund until today 10/09/26.
I will keep pushing to get my refund back, however, this isn’t something you would like to deal with. Another thing, when you try calling them, they never pick up the phone.
