Late delivery

DO NOT ORDER FROM TREASURE BOX!! I ordered 2 items a desk and an ottoman bench on the 14th June only got to pick up the desk on the 29th June and I was told the ottoman will be ready to be picked up on a later - it is now the 7th July and have gotten an email to rate the ottoman bench I order, the one they never gave me…. Scammed of $180 eek

Took over a week to deliver order within Auckland, transport company doesn’t care they just deliver when they want.
Poor experience will not be back.

Honestly so easy to build and also if you decide to do the "Pick up" option, they have a very easy and useful system in place to help retrieve your order.
Building my bed base was also super easy, took 2 hours but I am super happy with my order!!!!! I would definitely buy from them again as they are also very cheap and have deals on all the time!!!!!

Deliver in a timely manner and the product is great

Treasurebox has such a huge range and the quality it great. I was about to get a desk from Ikea, but this was a better price, and a better design for me. The computer desk came very well packaged, and the assembly was straight forward. The finished desk is very sturdy and I like the fact that the fittings are good quality making the overall product excellent value for money.

Customer service is shocking, I ended up walking out and ordering online. Customer service course would go a long way!

After I bought a piece of furniture I realized I had made a mistake so rang Treasure boxe and they sorted out the issue with no questions asked. Very efficient! Also very quick delivery!

Purchased a trundler bed, wardrobe and vanity desk for my babies bedroom. Am absolutely stoked with what we got. Excellent quality for a good price!! Delayed delivery. The Screws clearly not tidy looking outside and spaced inside not recommended like basketball and other mens shoes because its to small. Other than that works well.

Item arrive quickly, instructions easy to follow, even a couple of spare screws in case you drop one and it goes under the fridge

Purchased a couch and at around the one year mark it literally fell apart. Discovered the base was made with particle board instead of wood. Tried to get them to repair or refund but they refused both and insisted I take store credit instead. Months of back and forth and they wouldn't abide by the Consumer Guarantees Act. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

My issue did not get resolved, A piece of the compartment for my order (a desk) was missing. I contacted customers service on Tuesday, and it's Saturday now. They told me they'll contact the parts team and get back to me. But I haven't receive any reply. I've submitted another enquiry on the website and no replies as well.

Till this day, my desk is still missing a piece of compartment. And it's a piece of wood that's used for supporting the whole thing. So practically, I got no desk even though I've paid for it.
