Great furniture at great prices
The items included oak grey Dustin side tables and a Shawnee bookshelf. Earlier bought a beautiful coffee table. All the items were dispatched very quickly. Treasurebox team consistently communicated the progress of the order delivery. All items are beautiful, durable, and stylish. One of the best places to buy furniture, although assembly has been a hassle at times. The bookshelf was not very easy to assemble and had to call in 2 professional assemblers. Would recommend Treasurebox to start offering assembly service at a reasonable rate for bigger and more complex items.

No communication and poor delivery
Didn’t get any updates to my order, also delivery was shit. They just drove up on my lawn and unpacked my package didn’t say hello didn’t tell me they were finished loading just gapped it. Even calling this company no one picked up ever. Just bad customer care and service. Products great though so thumbs up for that.

Horrible assembly
I’ve assembled many items/furniture but this by far is the worst ever! Horrible instructions and too hard to assemble on your own. Given its cheap but there are options at this cost. Take your money elsewhere and do yourself a favour!

Overall it was a great experience.
Overall it was a great experience.. Online ordering went flawlessly... I bought a orthopedic mattress, that was worth every cent I paid for it.. delivery service staff were incredible.
Only fault, was the bed frame I ordered.. couldn't cope with the weight of the mattress and it fully collapsed immediately. I needed this bed urgently, so with a tube of structural urethane I managed to hobble it all together.
