Definitely a company to avoid - I should have read the real reviews as I’m not convinced those shown are genuine- the dresses I ordered were like rags- no shape and poor material and definitely not a uniform size. I complained to Amber - she eventually agreed to a partial refund in June, promising a 3 day refund - I’m still waiting a month later- save your money and definitely do not buy from Treasurecat

They will always have something for you. If you need something cute and comfortable to wear, their slippers is the best place to start.

Placed order, paid, got delivery email, but nothing materialised. Contacted customer service with no response. Tracking provided gave no info at all of any whereabouts of the parcel. Avoid!

As per all the reviews, placed the order via Instagram. Tracking email provided, but zero delivery. No response from customer services. Will be requesting a refund from my bank. Reporting the website and reporting to Instagram.

I bought a bag from this site and it’s the best bag I’ve ever bought and I have 7 bags in total lol, don’t go on the negative reviews as I’m one happy customer. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Scam…don’t buy from this company. If I could give no stars I would. I paid for a night light back in November 2024 which was meant to be a Christmas present for our friends daughter. I have never received the item & my contact with customer service has had the response that my purchase is still on its way….& they have now stopped replying to me. Stay well clear as you will only lose your money.

SCAM. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH . Bought some pir activated lights. When they arrived several weeks late ( from China ) the quality was absolutely rubbish. Cheap Chinese rubbish, No PIR function as stated in adverts. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

My item was never received and the customer service process to go through was utterly useless.
They have sent me an email saying it was signed for but won't provide any proof of this and just want me to investigate with Royal mail.
They takes ages to get back to you and their emails read as just automated bullshit
