I bought two of the phonographs On Nov 18 and they haven't shown up and tracking says it is in Italy. So disappointed.
Do NOT buy from this company. They are scammers! They took an unauthorized payment for a product while I was browsing their site. While I was checking out their shipping info and fees, the next thing a confirmation of an order went through my Paypal account without me even clicking on BUY NOW. I immediately contacted them to demand they cancel the order as I did not authorise it, but they have completely ignored me and have shipped the item anyway. Not only did the unauthorized payment go through my Paypal account, but they also charged more than the item was advertised for on their website. They add extra on without you realising. They sent the item I was browsing, and it is absolute rubbish!!! I am still trying to get my refund!!
We never received the item ordered. The tracking number is a bogus number. The company has no way to contact them besides email and their replies do not give solutions, they just say the tracking number is not valid. We used PayPal for the purchase, our credit card has been charged, and we have no recourse. We believe we have been scammed.
