Item became faulty after one wear and returned within three weeks of purchase. Stitching around the pocket came undone. Item returned but no refund issued as they expected this to happen to a garment that is three weeks old. Have reported to trading standards - be aware - quality is appalling for the price being paid.
Did your experts assess the quality of the cotton and fastening off process. The cotton was obviously not fastened off properly and caused the stitching to come undone or cheap cotton was used. As requested by email please share a copy of their assessment. If this is consistent with the age of the item i.e 3 weeks then shame on your company for charging £134.99?
You offered me £13 discount to keep the item with the pocket hanging off. It needs to be binned off not discounted

Not only are the products such beautiful quality- they are comfortable and look so good. They are a great price point as well - you don’t feel over charged. I’m 5,6, size 10 and they are oversized but they don’t drown you. I would recommend every time. The towelling tracksuits are my FAVE

I had a two piece set which was NOT cheap, washed once after following all care instructions and the item has shrunk. I have emailed the customer service which I will say you do get fast replies, however I feel nothing has been done. I completely understand companies have return policy’s etc but to pay this much for an item and it shrink, I personally wouldn’t bother again and go get something for half the price that won’t shrink.

I made a first purchase this week of tracksuit set and joggers. Really pleased with the items and great quality. Unfortunately the zip on the tracksuit top was faulty, I reported this to the team and they replied within an hour or two and then promptly sent out a free replacement. Cannot fault their customer service and will definitely be ordering more items. Thanks girls x

Absolutely awful! I'll never shop here again. I made my order and around ten days later with zero correspondence; had it refunded but minus the postage I hadn't received! Still waiting for that refund. No explanation and then I received an ad taking me to the same product I'd been trying to buy? If they'd managed my expectations properly as a customer, then sounds like they could have organised shipment? Their ads are often for things not available eg personalised items that were not on offer between Xmas and new year. Cheap brand with bad marketing and customer services, at a high price. They should focus on improving all areas of their service.
