We had such a wonderful experience for my daughter’s very first salon visit! She went in to get pin curls, and Mollie was absolute magic with her. Mollie was so kind, patient, and made her feel like a total VIP from start to finish. The pin curls turned out absolutely gorgeous! We couldn't have asked for a better first salon experience we'll definitely be back to see Mollie again soon. Highly recommend!

I’d been looking for a good hairstylist who really understands Indian hair, and after reading so many great reviews online, I was initially a little sceptical about whether they would live up to the hype. They exceeded it! Alex is amazing and genuinely so good at what he does. I also appreciate how much they care about getting the right result for you. If they feel something won’t work for your hair, they’re honest about it and will guide you towards what works. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely love Erika my hair dresser/ stylist!
She is more than capable of doing anything with your hair from a wash and blow dry or a special occasion!
Her colouring skills are on point and her hair cutting is also great!
I would never go to anyone else
And I highly recommend her!
From short to long styles Erika is definitely the person who will make you feel and look amazing!

I booked an appointment with a hair salon through Treatwell a few weeks ago. During the booking there was a lag on their website and it looked like the booking didn't go through, so I accidentally made a double booking. I contacted the salon straight away and they told me to contact Treatwell. After several chats and email exchanges, Treatwell said they have no responsibility and refused to refund me for the double booking. Extremely poor customer service and bad tech support.

I had a lovely treatment when I was eventually able to book it but I had a voucher to use that I had been gifted for my birthday and found around 80% of venues only accepted pay at venue and so I was unable to use my voucher with them. I also booked with one place but then received a phone call to say they wouldn't take a booking through Treatwell due to a dispute with their fees so could I pay on site. As I was using a voucher that wasn't possible so they cancelled my booking. Felt like an uphill battle to use my voucher.
